Central location, attentive staff, clean room
Rooms were small, breakfast was 45 euro/person, and the hotel had no common space that you could sit and relax.

I had such a wonderful stay and genuinely wished I could have stayed longer.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, welcoming and always helpful throughout my stay.
The rooftop was one of my favorite parts of the hotel and such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Florence.
The location is also exceptional, making it very easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Florence has to offer.
Overall, it was a truly lovely experience from beginning to end, and definitely a hotel I would happily return to on my next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

Everything from the first moment until we left was fantastic - specially the breakfast. The only thing one should take into consideration is the very high prices of food and drinks at the butterfly veranda.

Amazing location, right in the Centre, perfect location for shopping and seeing the sights. The staff were fantastic, friendly and informative. Check in and out was seamless.
The pillows weren’t great, that’s the only reason i gave them a 9, some nice feather pillows are what’s needed in a room of that standard.
