We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. The breakfast was exceptional and they had several gluten free options for one of our family members. We had a family suite and it worked out perfectly for our family of four. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything this is frankly the best bang for your buck you will ever get in a hotel. We traveled for two weeks in Italy and stayed at 6 different places. Hotel Spadai was the best by far. Their attention to detail is unique, not kidding. They even had a little note under the bed that said they clean every corner of the room. They left us a goodbye letter with chocolates. Everything was perfect. I want to go back to Florence just to stay here, well and eat steak.
Nothing! Really, and I like to complain yet I have zero bad things to say. If they could open a Hotel Spadai everywhere that would make my business travel better ?

The location is perfect being near the Duomo with easy walking to all major galleries and restaurants. The staff was so wonderfully helpful especially Cristiano at the breakfast room. Restaurant recommendations were great.

Everything! Staff was outstanding! Super helpful and accommodating. Location was great! Loved the stocked mini fridge with waters and a couple of Cokes - great touch of hospitality. The breakfast offering was the best! Delicious, with beautiful presentation and choices. The room was beautifully appointed. We also appreciated the TWO luggage racks in the room. Too often luggage racks are overlooked - crazy because they’re a great amenity for travelers.
1. Bathrooms - need more counter space for traveler’s toiletry kits.
2. A full length mirror near the suite door would be great.
