The location is perfect being near the Duomo with easy walking to all major galleries and restaurants. The staff was so wonderfully helpful especially Cristiano at the breakfast room. Restaurant recommendations were great.

Everything! Staff was outstanding! Super helpful and accommodating. Location was great! Loved the stocked mini fridge with waters and a couple of Cokes - great touch of hospitality. The breakfast offering was the best! Delicious, with beautiful presentation and choices. The room was beautifully appointed. We also appreciated the TWO luggage racks in the room. Too often luggage racks are overlooked - crazy because they’re a great amenity for travelers.
1. Bathrooms - need more counter space for traveler’s toiletry kits. 2. A full length mirror near the suite door would be great.

The location was very good. The room was quite spacious and nicely decorated and great bathroom. The breakfast was fabulous and staff were helpful.
The kitchen was directly above our room 401 and the footsteps of the staff woke us up. If we were back in Florence we would stay there again but in a different room
