There is nothing not to like about this place. The location is near most of the places of interests. Its breakfast has a good and balance variety. The staff is friendly and approachable.

Breakfast included was very good. Appreciated the selection and quick service.
Bartender was amazing. Had the best Negroni ever. Liked the complimentary aperitivo buffet.
The spiral staircase to the observation deck was a nice surprise.
Everything was above expectations. Nothing that we didn't like.

excellent location! surprisingly quiet given the location just steps away from the Duomo. The bed and room were kept very clean and comfortable
the breakfast was ok. a bit too much of a selection and just ok taste and ambiance. in my opinion, not worth the price!
I wish the shower was roomier. I am an average size person but found it difficult to move without hitting side of shower walls

This was our second trip to Florence, and after reading so many wonderful reviews, we chose to stay at Hotel Spadai—and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was truly exceptional.
They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was our daughter’s birthday, and when we asked if they could arrange for flowers to be placed in the room, they prepared a stunning bouquet that made the day even more special.
We also appreciated all of their thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and attractions.
Thank you, Hotel Spadai team! We will definitely return to Florence!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. The breakfast was exceptional and they had several gluten free options for one of our family members. We had a family suite and it worked out perfectly for our family of four. Would highly recommend this hotel.
