The location is absolutely fantastic, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything about my stay was great, and if I return to Florence, I would definitely stay here again.
They also offer a very convenient valet parking service. You can drive directly to the hotel, drop off your luggage, and the hotel staff will take your car and park it for you at a nearby external parking facility. You only pay the daily parking fee for the parking facility itself; the hotel’s valet service is provided for your convenience. Whenever you need your car, just let them know and they will bring it back to the hotel for you.
A special thanks to Michele, who was extremely kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay.
Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We loved the air conditioner in the room. In the summer July heat this was very important to us. The hotel is located close to everything, we walked everywhere from there, and the room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel cannot be beat for the central location. The included breakfast was too tier - amazing array of fresh fruits, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, salad, charcuterie, eggs, bacon, sausage and espresso or coffee. The snacks in the mini bar were also complimentary. The hotel was very clean and less than 5 minute walk to the Duomo. I would stay here again!

I never write reviews BUT this was such an excellent experience! The food especially the breakfast 10/10. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is amazing. The room was very quiet and clean. Location excellent. No negatives. So good it got me to write a review.

Great location, very comfortable bed, breakfast and the happy hour drinks and snack were very good
It felt quite expensive for what it is - you pay for the location. There is no view from the breakfast room or lobby, or the rooms we booked (comfort rooms). The lobby is a little odd, not very welcoming and then the bar is straight off the lobby. The staff were lovely but in high summer I would recommend staying somewhere a little further out

Incredible service! Was upgraded when I got there to a better room. They forgot my coffee a little bit late one morning so they gave me a a gift at the front desk and apologize profusely. The tray on my bed every morning with a beautiful breakfast was incredible.
