The location of the hotel is perfect. Its right on a lively piazza but its nit noisy. The breakfast area and the food were amazing. The staff were very polite.

The location was outstanding- on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella but a five minute walk from the Duomo and a short walk from the Uffizi, Galleria, Ponte Vecchio etc. All the central major landmarks are easily walkable from here, as are a large amount of restaurants and bars. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a private terrace with superb views of the Duomo, Bell Tower and the Florentine skyline. Highly recommended- the staff were all very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and the room was spotlessly clean.

Check in was quick and we were escorted directly to our room. The front desk staff spoke great English, but I also heard Italian (obviously) as well as Spanish and German. It was quite impressive! The room was beautiful with a walk in shower. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. While the breakfast room was quite full, the staff worked quickly to ensure that everyone had what they needed. The offerings were varied and fresh. This is our go-to hotel in Florence. You can't beat the location on Piazza Santa Maria Novella.

Everything is perfect. The position of the hotel 3 min.from train station, the people so kind, all the front desk try to do everything you ask for. Nice bar.. excellent room..I hope to come back soon.

Amazing hotel. Clean, very friendly staff. Interesting bar right in the hotel in the evening. Excellent breakfast, very good coffee. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, with the whole of Florence at your fingertips within a maximum 20-minute walk. We will definitely use the hotel's services again in the future.

Fabulous location in a large open square with good restaurants close by. Traditional hotel providing comfort and an excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.
