This hotel was in the center of Florence. It was easy to access everything on foot. I loved the front desk staff, who went out of their way to help us make dinner reservations. Breakfast was top notch.

The hotel is awesome. Great location and super friendly staff. The gold suite is superb.
The breakfast service could improve a little bit in terms of refills and so on, but still great!

This was a great choice for us ( 4 adults and 3 children) in Florence. We arrived and departed Florence by train so the location was perfect. The location is also perfect for exploring the city’s sites. The hotel while an antique on its own is beautifully maintained and has all of the modern conveniences. The staff is extremely helpful. After returning our checked luggage for departure they forgot a shopping bag holding our accumulated purchases. While it was both of our failures to notice they shipped the package back home to the US with no questions.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Its right on a lively piazza but its nit noisy. The breakfast area and the food were amazing. The staff were very polite.

The room was huge and decorated well. We got the family suite and it included three separate rooms.
