The staff were extremely friendly. They provided detailed guidance during both check-in and check-out, and were very helpful in explaining emergency contacts and offering tips for exploring the city.
The accommodation matched the photos exactly. We stayed as a family of four, and the space was more than sufficient, very clean, and in an excellent location—close enough to visit major attractions on foot. Although breakfast was not officially included, they still provided a simple but sufficient morning meal with bread, coffee or drinks, fruit, yogurt, and waffles.
Since I was traveling by car, I placed a high value on parking convenience and safety. This was my first time visiting Florence by car, and I found the concept of the ZTL (limited traffic zone) quite confusing. After reading some negative reviews about parking in Florence, I was quite concerned—but this hotel offers outstanding service in that regard.
First, they provide very detailed directions to the hotel that take the ZTL restrictions into account. If you inform them of your estimated arrival time in advance, they will contact the parking staff upon your arrival. The parking staff then come to the hotel, take your car, and park it in an external parking facility. Upon check-out, the hotel contacts the staff again, and your car is brought back to you.
When handing over the vehicle, we conducted a mutual inspection of the exterior. When I received the car at check-out, there were no issues—no damage, no smell of smoke inside. I had taken a photo of the mileage before handing over the car, and I was able to confirm that it had only been driven the short distance between the hotel and the parking facility.

The apartment was a great size in an ideal
Location. Easy walk to both the Uffizi and Duomo. Nice space with refrigerator and small table. Had everything you could need.
It is an old building so the bathroom is small but it didn’t leak so maybe just a larger holder for items in there if possible.

Booked an economy double bed, smaller room, but it was a perfect size and well appointed. Hosts were terrific. Very kind and helpful. The valet service was wonderful as there really isn’t parking.

1. LOCATION - Most perfect location right in centre of everything. Everything is in 5-10min walking distance
2. STAFF - Very nice people that want you to feel comfortable and secure. They called us before we came just to let us know exact directions to hotel (dont follow google maps) and they waited for us on the street (just in case)
3. PARKING - Its 25-30 euros per day. Only you need to know that you have to leave the keys and they drive it away in secure space. When you need car back they call service and your car is in front the hotel in couple of minutes
4. SAFETY - We travelled with 2 kids and we never felt insecured, nowere in the city
Everything perfect....maybe refrigerator would be nice to have in the room!
