We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. They helped us find our way to the hotel in the city center and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. Their support and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
The breakfast was good overall, but we missed having some fresh vegetables available.

The location was perfect. The staff was terrific. The room had plenty of space and it was quiet. Breakfast was nice and the staff was super attentive.
The only thing we didn’t like was an unpleasant smell (like sewer) on the stairs. Fortunately it was only on the stairs and not in the room.

Wow! What a beautiful hotel and amazing hosts. Mario and Gabriel were welcoming and great at showing us where to go in Florence and teaching us some Florence history. They even offered us coffee and bread even after breakfast hours. The hotel is located in a perfect location, not too far away from anything and away from the noise and chaos tourism brings. Not far from where the ZTL area starts so as a tourist it is beneficial, because we cannot drive in those areas most of the time and need to walk to the hotels with all of our luggage.

The location was excellent: around the corner from cafes, historical sights and it was comfortable. The hosts were so nice and we were treated to a delicious pineapple juice which was so nice after the flight to get to Florence.

Great location, right near Basilica Santa Croce, 5 min by foot from Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio. 10 min from Dome and Ponte Vecchio. Many places to eat around, street food and trattorias. Very nice personal, locals, native Italians, ready to help. During the check-in the whole brief excursion over the map of Florence was provided :)). Breakfast was modest, but nourishing. Rooms are clean. Free Wi-fi worked perfectly even on the 3d floor.
Saturday night was loud - yeh, well, Toskana wines and Toskana spring - nevertheless with closed windows it was possible to sleep.
Our first room in hotel was tiny - for 2 of us it was 1,5 size bed and nothing more to fit in. We asked for 2 separate beds and concierge found us bigger room but with some extra payment. So all in all it was not bad, just question of money.

The staff were extremely friendly. They provided detailed guidance during both check-in and check-out, and were very helpful in explaining emergency contacts and offering tips for exploring the city.
The accommodation matched the photos exactly. We stayed as a family of four, and the space was more than sufficient, very clean, and in an excellent location—close enough to visit major attractions on foot. Although breakfast was not officially included, they still provided a simple but sufficient morning meal with bread, coffee or drinks, fruit, yogurt, and waffles.
Since I was traveling by car, I placed a high value on parking convenience and safety. This was my first time visiting Florence by car, and I found the concept of the ZTL (limited traffic zone) quite confusing. After reading some negative reviews about parking in Florence, I was quite concerned—but this hotel offers outstanding service in that regard.
First, they provide very detailed directions to the hotel that take the ZTL restrictions into account. If you inform them of your estimated arrival time in advance, they will contact the parking staff upon your arrival. The parking staff then come to the hotel, take your car, and park it in an external parking facility. Upon check-out, the hotel contacts the staff again, and your car is brought back to you.
When handing over the vehicle, we conducted a mutual inspection of the exterior. When I received the car at check-out, there were no issues—no damage, no smell of smoke inside. I had taken a photo of the mileage before handing over the car, and I was able to confirm that it had only been driven the short distance between the hotel and the parking facility.
