The location for visiting sites in Florence was fabulous. The hotel staff was helpful to point out special locations to visit, too. All hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast was fresh, and the room was comfortable.

We had a great stay at Hotel Santa Croce. The staff were very helpful in giving us tips on dining, wining and going to a football game. The hotel is ideally located.

Very friendly and helpful staff; The restaurant recommended by the hotel (estate) is good. The garage service (car is picked up and brought back) worked without any problems (and was affordable).

Excellent location near Croce Church and the Duomo and near bus stops. Excellent restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly.

Stayed in the Studio Apartment/Annex - the hotel is in the most centrally located area (10 minute walk to just about anything), it was extremely clean and was very cute and private. The staff Mario & Gabriel were extremely helpful with history of the location, tips & recommendations while in Florence, our luggage and any questions we had during our trip.
Not so much a dislike as it is a callout, the shower is essentially built into the bathroom, so when you shower the water is on the floor of the rest of the bathroom. This didn't bother us, we just wore shoes!

Great place, run by 2 brothers Mario and Gabriel full of pride, professional and full of passion Breakfast: continental, plentiful and variety of choice which sets you for the day. Bed: supper comfy Shower: compact, water pressure excellent Staff: very attentive Mario: a class act at front of house, very knowledgeable, with full of tips and recommendations. Gabriel: super attentive at back office
