Wonderful
Lovely staff. I had a migraine unfortunately so I spent a lot of time at the hotel and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed the hospitality!
Do note that the location is certainly out of the city. It's about a 15-20 minute direct bus ride which they are happy to explain to you but it did make going anywhere more inconvenient. Cabs also did not want to pick me up, so plan extra time to get anywhere via cab.

Beautiful hotel, so cute and quirky. Staff very friendly and so helpful. About 20mins outside of Florence centre by car, we walked and it took us 45mins. Florence is so beautiful! Hight recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Nice interior, furniture, polite staff, good breakfast, calm, silent, good room temperature.
Bathroom walls had a bit of mold on them, floor in my room was pretty dusty. The hotel is pretty far from the historical center, generally I feel it’s a bit expensive for this kind of accommodation.
