Very helpful and friendly staff, gave excellent recommendations for dinner and helped with showing me where the bus stops were. Bed was very comfortable and shower was good
My room was next to reception and quite noisy with people talking outside the room.

Anika was exceptional, she was friendly and helpful every time we saw her. She gave directions, assisted booking a taxi and gave a teller recommendations to local restaurants. The room was comfortable and large.
The shower is small. Very small. The stairs to enter are steep. The breakfast was basic, perhaps focus on a smaller selection carried out better. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly.
I stayed at the hotel for a week. And I didn’t realize that hotel had other room types with normal showers. I had a horrid shower, which was essentially fold out cracked doors. After taking a shower, the whole floor was covered with water. I’m not sure how I didn’t slip or injure myself. I can’t imagine an older or unstable person having this experience. There was barely any space to move your arms around on top of everything else. I wish I had realized that they have normal rooms and didn’t suffer for a week. Also, hotel’s location is not that great, pretty far from the center. A positive thing was a big shopping center across the street with a bunch of fresh produce.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
The breakfast was not available in the hotel due to renovations, but we received vouchers for a nearby café--which we didn't use because it wasn't convenient. We had to leave an hour early for city appointments because the bus service was unreliable due to roadwork and holidays. However, we received a reduction for these inconveniences.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast is very well served.
The parking is not available on site, it needs a key to be accessed. It would be helpful to receive the parking map before arrival and substituting the key with a keyless pad.

The hotel was good value for money , clean , very comfy bed and pillows . The personal gave clear instructions and they were very polite. The breakfast was very good . The elevator is very convenient if you have a big suitcase. Everyone was friendly and accommodating . Thank you , we had a short but very good stay!

very cordial staff. it was right next to the bus stop. very cute place. it's far from center but you get the bus right outside so that's good and it also gives you a chance to experience local life. plus, the person coordinating with me helped me get from train station to the hotel on bus even though it was raining.
it was super small, okay for one person. I feel like a second person in the same room would have felt too much

I can't find the words to describe our satisfaction with the accommodation. From the super friendly staff, to the wonderful and clean and tidy accommodation, to the nice breakfast, everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. We even received a bottle of champagne from the staff as a congratulation for our honeymoon. Huge recommendation for Rosary Garden hotel and its staff…
