The hotel's location was right in the heart of the city making it incredibly convenient to explore and get around on my own. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Since I had a 4 am flight, the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast for me to take along. The staff were exceptional friendly and attentive. One of the best hotel experiences I've had.
Would have been nice to have a window facing outwards.

Great location and breakfast was winderful.
Shower was so small..I couldn't move around very good. Room was stuffy but they brought us a fan

This hotel is in the center of Florence and very close to the train station. We had a beautiful view out of our window. We were able to keep the windows open at night for some fresh air.
Noise at night. There are a few restaurants very close to the hotel, and they can be noisy at night.
