Location is great, staff is kind, and the accommodation was clean. The interior courtyard was lovely with little tables and plants.I can see how this would work well for a family, but as a solo traveler, it wasn't for me.
The mini-split A/C was not cooling effectively. I was there in mid-May, and it was 70's outside. There is some exterior building work in progress, so that may have affected this. Florence is expensive, but for 264 a night, I thought it should be nicer. My room looked onto the parking lot.The decor was all different colors and styles, which gave it a motel vibe. It did sort of look like the last pics on Booking.com.with the split stairway. Ask lots of questions and read the reviews before you decide on this option.

The room, the kitchen, the bed, the nice receptionist, the security, the location were great.. pretty courtyard. Spacious room. We loved this place. We'd stay again. It was great.
The shower was a little small. Could have used a handrail on lower stairs. Other than that, it was perfect.

Location, nice cute little place, staff are really nice and accommodating, carpark onsite really convenient
Only point, could be nice to put a bed topper when it is 2 single beds made as a double bed to not feel the gap

Great location to explore Florence, 3 min walk from main train station. Receptionist were very welcoming. Highly recommend. We stayed there twice on our trip.
2nd time around apartment bed & pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Friendly welcome, very spacious room with high quality furnishings and equipment, in a secluded courtyard, so quiet overnight. Via Faenza only 5 minutes from the station but then very close to San Lorenzo and the Duomo. Ideal!

Location is really good, and staff are super helpful. It is also great to have the room cleaned every day.
The living room of the apartments was almost never used because it was in an upper floor and very small. Also, a bit expensive for the value. Otherwise, great apartment.
