A lovely small boutique hotel. Fabulous staff, especially Brian who was so helpful. Our rooms were lovely and the breakfast is good. Fantastic location and our terrace was amazing.
Everything in the hotel was great.
For information, even though our room was on the quiet side, there is some road noise.

Looking at the map of the city we were a bit worried that the hotel was out on a limb from the main attractions but it was perfectly located and nowhere was more than a few minutes walk. The T2 tram from the airport takes you to Lavagnini at the end of the Via Poggi, then a five minute walk to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the lady on Reception who couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The room was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the very beginning. I also truly appreciated the kindness of the staff in allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled.
The room did not fully match the pictures shown on Booking. It did not have a proper window, but rather one that did not allow natural light to enter the room. This made the space feel darker than expected and different from what the listing suggested.
In addition, the TV could not be connected to the internet. I spent about half an hour trying to make it work, and the reception staff later confirmed that the connection issue is known. This is something that should be fixed so future guests do not have to deal with the same inconvenience.

Superb location. Easy to walk to everywhere. The staff went above and beyond, reception staff were very kind and welcoming and the breakfast staff and chef/bar staff went out of their way to help.

Everything was very good except from breakfast which is repetitive and does not have many choices. The selection of salty products is fresh and tasty but if you stay more than 2 days at the hotel it becomes boring to find the same things even if they have an à la carte menu which offers more ways of preparing eggs. For a 4 star hotel a more diverse breakfast is recommended for both sweet and salty products. I must admit the guys who served the breakfast were so kind and polite as well as all the hotel staff.
