It was relatively centrally located without being in the thick of the human throng that is Florence. The staff were very obliging and pleasant. Breakfast was just great. Fresh and well presented

It was super clean and nice. The location is really good and having option to park a car in the garage (for 35e per day) is really useful.
Some of the stuff was really helpful and nice but some not so much.

The room allocated to me did not look like in the photos in booking.com. The room was tiny and lacked ventilation. The room was beside the lift and staircase so a lot of noise late at night and early morning. I cancelled my second night and booked a different hotel.

Very generous,they gave us baby cot free but other places charge us.breakfast was perfect and they prepared everything that you wanted.

Breakfast and afternoon tea (which was free) was great. Breakfast staff and some front desk staff were great.
I found that we paid quite a lot for our room and overall the room did not meet out expectations. There are elements of the rooms being outdated and parts of the room were run down.

The decoration
The fact that the bold rather skinny man at reception is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I asked for an iron, they brought me a really dirty one which almost destroyed my shirt. When I told him so, he was basically telling me: so what do you want me to do? Then he told another guy off in front of me, it was so weird. Best of all, the dude said: you should have told me it was for a white shirt pathetic.
