The hotel is located just a few tram stops from Florence city centre. Tram itself runs every 8 min and is 5 min walk from hotel. Going to city is from tram station Dalmazia but coming back you need to get off at Vittorio Emanuele II.
Train station Rifredi is only 12 min walk from hotel if you need to get to Pisa airport.
Very nice coffee bars around hotel with lots of different types of croissants and other Italian baked goodies. Near hotel very good restaurants x 3 (great pizza x1, expensive x 1, good value x 1) with one of them that has the best pizza we tasted.
Hotel room is well designed, clean and with very comfy bed. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and definitely would like to return again.
We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this.

Hotel as hotel is good, good location, clean, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff at breakfast.
But the worst thing at hotel is parking!!!! They advertise private parking until you made a reservation. Than you receive message that parking has limited spaces and cannot be reserved in advance. You know what that means when you come with car? No available parking!!! This is the main reason why I choose the hotel. And also if you need complete peace when you are sleeping this hotel is not for you. Sound insulation is none, you here everything from the other rooms- snoring, screams, walking, ...... and also everything from the street, even if you stay on the upper floors.

Clean rooms in a very convenient location with easy access to public transport to the city center. Plus there was not extra charge for the parking.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety, especially by adding fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
