Disappointing
The bed was good and the size of the room was decent too.
The hotel definitely doesn’t qualify as 4 star. The room was cold and the tv didn’t work. After calling the reception they sent a guy who didn’t know anything about tv and couldn’t fix it anyway. There was no welcome tea or even a complementary bottle of water. The walls have no sound proofing at all. Very noisy. From 10am at the morning they were cleaning at the lobby with extremely loud vacuum cleaners. And to make the things worse the cleaning woman entered to my room at 10:30 without even knocking.

I believe the top management or the owner must visit any 4 star hotel in middle east to know more about the guest services ….4 star room not clean ,parking alway full, drinking water you must paid for it

It was in Florence
Very dirty.
Very old.
No parking spaces at the hotel or anywhere nearby.
The electricity went out when I plugged in a charger.
In the next room, the window didn’t close properly.
I suggest that Booking delist this hotel.

It was close to the airport (11 min 4:15 am taxi ride) and had several restaurants around it.
They had turned off the air conditioning so all they had was heat. It was a hot day and with us on the fifth floor, the room was stifling. On top of it only one window had a screen on it, and there was no breeze. So here is where the location of the hotel was a problem. Between the tram line and constant ambulances there were a couple car alarms … needless to say we got very little sleep.

Only the staff at the reception for the check in and check out, that were friendly
Our stay was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was not only terrible, but the breakfast staff was shockingly rude. When we arrived at 9 AM, they rolled their eyes, sighed, and complained that breakfast was at 8, even though the reception had clearly informed us the night before that breakfast was served from 7 to 10 AM. Instead of welcoming us, they kept grumbling and making us feel like we were a burden.
The room was tiny, with barely enough space to move around, and certainly nothing close to what you would expect from a so-called 4-star hotel.
Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve 3 stars — it feels more like a low 2-star hotel trying to pass for something it is not. For the price and the rating, this experience was absolutely unacceptable.

Everything was great—except for the parking. The hotel offers free parking, which is excellent, but only when spaces are available. However, if you plan to take your car out, for example to visit Florence, you may find no available space upon your return. That’s exactly what happened to us. We kindly asked the reception beforehand, but they did not inform us about this possibility.
To make matters worse, the night shift receptionist on duty on July 5th, 2025, wasn't polite and surprisingly rude, his attitude was unacceptable to us. We expected a more helpful and respectful approach from the staff, especially in a situation like this in the middle of the night in Italy where the cars with foreign plates are targets.

Pleasant
The location is very good, close to the tram stop and a big shopping centre with a supermarket in it. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
When we were checking in, we were told that breakfast was 3 euro, multiple times so no chance of mis- hearing, but then when we were about to pay, it suddenly turned into ten.
Disappointingly, there was no air conditioning or fan, so it was very hot in the room, so we opened a window on the first night and we were eaten alive by mosquitos. We bought a repellent in a shop after, but were itching for the rest of the trip.
The floor carpet had some stains but otherwise ok cleanliness - wise.
Our room had an adjoining door to the next room and we could hear everything. A lady next door was coughing all the duration of the stay, especially at night,, and we could hear not only that but all other bodily (bathroom) noises.
