Very Good
Everyone was so helpful and the elevator was so nice as we had large bags. They gave us a bag to take some breakfast to go because we had an early train out which was so lovely!
Room was a touch small and bed was firm (but still comfortable) so just depends on what you like but the staff, location and overall hotel is a great value. I’d stay there again!

Loved this hotel! Great location, close to train station and just about everything else. We walked to all the different attractions with ease. The longest walk was to the Pitti Palace which took about a 25 minutes. The quad room was very large and could actually sleep 5. Though the decor gives a old-world vibe, it is equipped with modern amenities. Loved the modern bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous old building with plenty of historical artefacts and beautifully decorated rooms, modern amenities and close to sights and transport...our new favourite place to stay in Firenze!

Getting there from the main Florence train station was a very easy short walk. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. Cafe & restaurant options were very close by. The beds and mattresses were very comfy and there was enough room to put our luggage without it getting in the way. Breakfast was nice, with quite a few options
The aircon on the first night was set a bit too warm for a good nights sleep and since it was a system that you couldn't adjust the temperature from inside the room (all-too-common now in a lot of hotels unfortunately) we asked the reception staff in the morning to adjust it to around 20-21 degrees which they did. We slept much better in the 2nd night

Impeccable service, good facilities, very close to the train station. The breakfast was very good, and we were able to leave our luggage at reception for our tour of Florence and only picked it up at the end of the day.

We stayed in a room for 3. The room is big and clean. The toilet is renovated and clean.
There is no tissue box in the room which was a bit inconvenient for me with a child.

We had a very good stay. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful in providing information about the city. They also assisted us by calling a taxi to the airport when we were leaving, which was very convenient.

Location, so close to main station then a straight shot down Via Faenza and you’re at the Duomo. Great, friendly, helpful staff and a very clean, comfortable and quiet room.

Lovely hotel with a spacious room and very friendly reception staff. The location is excellent – about a 6-minute walk from the train station and only 5 minutes from the Duomo. The hotel is quiet and tucked away in a beautiful little alley. The breakfast is rich and indulgent, with a great variety. Excellent value for money.
