Location is great, the hotel is clean, breakfast was great and the only place in Italy to get an American sized coffee. This was the best hotel we stayed at in all of the cities we’ve visited in Italy.

Amazing location, very close to train station and very close to the center. The room was super clean and the bed super comfy. The receptionists were so helpful and gentilissime. Perfect stay in Firenze

The rooms were beautiful, location was perfect for shopping, eating and wondering this fantastic city. The staff was welcoming and helpful and the breakfast buffet was tasty! Highly recommend.

Everyone was so helpful and the elevator was so nice as we had large bags. They gave us a bag to take some breakfast to go because we had an early train out which was so lovely!
Room was a touch small and bed was firm (but still comfortable) so just depends on what you like but the staff, location and overall hotel is a great value. I’d stay there again!

Very clean. Although in a busy neighbourhood, the soundproof of windows was excellent. I actually liked the decor style (showed personality). Very comfortable room temperature. Breakfast above the hotel category -in terms of quality and variety
The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Florence train station and a 10-15 min walk from Florence cathedral, ufizzi galleries etc. The road might seem a little “touristy”, but has mini markets, and, as said, the rooms are very quiet
