The location is very convenient - close to train station and most of the first-choice attractions were within walking distance (8-12min). The street is quiet and safe. Decent breakfast selection. Good coffee to order. Room had a private balcony. Spacious and very clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Front desk ladies very super nice and friendly.
The furniture was quite dated and shabby. When we tried to come for breakfast several minutes earlier, lady who takes care of breakfast was very grumpy and refused to let us in, even though most of the food was already standing\ available for serving…
The AC was not functional, although it was not too hot, so open windows were enough (wouldn’t advise to come in the heat of the summer, unless they fix it).

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The location, close to San Lorenzo and to the station was perfect for getting to the museums, galleries and The Ponte Vecchio. The breakfast was very good.

Close to rail station.
WC had a widow into the center of the building where others from the floor above could look down into the room. There was a small curtain but it didn’t cover the window fully. A frosted window or window screen would fix the problem for the modest visitor.

Great location near the train, and some 10-15 minutes from city highlights like Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. Comfortable room and chill location (only problem with the location is noise during the night)
A lot of people drinking nearby and making a lot of noise unfortunately. Also, the hot water went out on our second day.

The shower worked well and the room looked very Italian.
The air conditioning didn’t work and there was no airflow. The room was very small and difficult to move in. The hotel smelled bad, from the inside of the elevator to the stairways to the hallways and the room. There was either a natural gas or sewer smell that permeated everything.

The location is perfect- an easy walk from the train station, and close to all the museums and attractions in Florence. Our room 303 was comfortable and had a lovely private balcony with a small table and chairs.The staff were friendly and welcoming and they offered a wonderful breakfast each morning. Our favorite meal was just a few doors down from the hotel- at Trattoria Enzo y Piero.

Location was excellent. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the Duomo and other sights. Mercato Centrale with wonderful shops & restaurants is a 5 minute walk. Large room with comfortable mattress. Spacious, modern bathroom with rain shower head and good water pressure. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Minibar with a few drinks if you want/need. Decent breakfast with very good coffee and plenty of traditional Italian pastries & cakes plus cold cuts, cheese, yogurt & cereals. Despite being in a central location it was very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is exactly as pictured on their site. The hotel is very close to the train station that you can literally walk to because its across the street and 1 block away. We caught a taxi and laughed because it was a waste of money it was so close.
The location is perfect for all of the monumental sights. The statue of David is about 15 minutes walk away.
The only issue I had about Florence, was the smell of the sewage throughout the city. It's terrible and I was surprised for such a lovely city, to be so smelly.
As for the hotel, the waitress/server (an older woman) was not ppl friendly. However, the other older woman clearing and doing the dishes makes up for the rude lady with her kindness and sweet personality. Everyone else we came into contact with was very pleasant.
I'd definitely stay here if ever visiting again, and I'd definitely recommend this lovely hotel to stay.

This hotel is awesome! The pictures don't do it justice. It's in a perfect location, next to cute little restaurant and near a bar. The room was excellent, very clean and a modern bathroom. Loved it!
