Good location, short distance from the train station. There’re lots of restaurants, shops nearby. You’ll have full breakfast in the morning.
Sometimes it’s noisy due to the bar restaurant across the street from hotel.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Good sized quad room and bathroom. Clean and well styled. Small refrigerator in the room. Double sinks in the bathroom. Breakfast spread was good. Walkable from train station, and many restaurants on the street. Easy walk to Duomo. Staff was kind and called a taxi for us a couple of times on a short notice.

Wonderful location with kind staff and super clean rooms. The breakfast was so awesome! We loved it and also loved how the hotel showcased the antiques they had. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom was super large! Wow! It was quiet and close to everything! We came from the train station which was right down the block but you would never know. The street and neighborhood was so fun and literally steps from Mercato Centrale.

We loved the location, it was a short walk to the centre and restaurants. Our room was very specious and clean. I would definitely stay there again.
The shower was weird - no matter what we did the whole bathroom floor was flooded. Not a dealbreaker, but just annoying .

Location location location!
Close enough to the train station that it made very convenient to walk with bags to the hotel. but not too close that it felt like you were staying right next to a train station. In fact, you felt very much like you were in the middle and immersed in the city.

First room was old and outdated and hot. Air did not work. We switched rooms and it was good. Not great but good. Breakfast fair to good. This is an over rated property for the price.
Most front desk workers not very friendly. Air cond not that cold but it is Europe.

It’s cute, breakfast is the best I have ever had in Italy, it has eggs and bacon! Walking distance to sites, restaurants and Duomo
Bed is too firm for my liking, aircon is limited to 22 degrees, but I live in Chicago, so I want it colder

Location was excellent, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious, everything is very clean, and it was nice to open up the windows. The breakfast was excellent.
The only drawback is you cannot adjust the room temperature in the room yourself. You have to go down to the front desk and tell them what you want the temperature set to even if you want to change it up or down by 1°.

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station. It is on a quiet street, near many food options. Walking to the sites is simple (though prepare for narrow criss-crossing streets.)The room was surprisingly large for Europe.
Nothing… except the exceptionally loud family staying next door. The really is a great spot.
