Wonderful
Location - close to restaurant options, quiet, safe street. Staff was warm, welcoming. Having fresh water in the lobby was a nice touch!

Location! Literally a five minute walk from the train station to the hotel! It was in a nice safe area and only about a 10 minute walk to the center/Duomo
The room was a little small, but it was clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious.

Incredible location, the road is lively and has loads of great areas for food, bars, and some shopping. Also conveniently close to the train station and tram stops.
The rooms are really spacious and very well maintained. The bathroom is very clean and shower also quite large compared to other hotels.
The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Great location! Staff was always available and helpful. They even helped us find a doctor for our daughter who got sick. We stayed in a room with a king bed and 3 twins and it was perfect for our family. Beds were stiff which is what i prefer. A/C was nice and cold! Clean property.

The room was lovely - great size
Great location - shops and restaurants on the doorstep and not a far walk to the main attractions
The breakfast was also lovely
Quite a bit of noise late at night from the hostel opposite - although we did have a room facing it - nothing that earplugs didn't fix

Location is good, close to the train station and city center. Walking distance.
It rained and the water leaked through the windo and made a paddle on the floor.
There was no other room for the hotel to transfer us.

It was good. Breakfast was not served properly. There was only one woman attending many guests and the coffee was not served on time.
Breakfast could be better. They desperately need an automatic coffee maker. And that poor woman should be given extra help.
