One of the best hotels I have stayed at. When I come back to Florence, I will never stay anywhere else! Room was so comfortable, I fell asleep to music in the piazza, the view was phenomenal and the breakfast was so good! There was nothing I did not like!

Beautiful historic hotel. Stayed before and just the same as then. Our room with views of the piazza della republica are great. I like the music at night. If you don’t, get a courtyard facing room. Staff are great. Rehan and Marco - thank you.

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, snacks, water pressure
Toilet paper holder too far away and no end to hold the roll on. The roll fell off every time we used it.
