Beautiful historic hotel. Stayed before and just the same as then. Our room with views of the piazza della republica are great. I like the music at night. If you don’t, get a courtyard facing room. Staff are great. Rehan and Marco - thank you.

Toilet paper holder too far away and no end to hold the roll on. The roll fell off every time we used it.

Our flight to Italy got turned around for mechanical reasons, and so we arrived 21 hours late. The hotel held our room for us.
The location was incredible..just a few minutes walk to the Duomo in Florence.
The breakfast great as well.
We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Florence.
I gave the receptionist a postcard to mail to Canada, and more than a month later, it has not arrived.
One of the elevators was not working one of the days we were there. The elevators were also very small. Only one person with luggage could fit at a time.

The location was great for all central landmarks. The property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit noisy — we can hear the sound of doors closing and the outdoor air conditioner unit.
Also, the elevator on the second floor is not working.
