Very nice hotel. The suite was massive. we had a separate sitting area and a large bedroom. great location. 10 minute walk from train station. Lovely breakfast was included. had a little balcony that you could see the top of the Dome from.
there was a lift up to reception but then there was a little spiral staircase to the room. sort of like an attic room. very cute but a pain to navigate every time you leave and come back to room.

The hotel is a 3-star one but feels almost as a 5-star hotel
The rooms are big and comfortable. There was a TV, a small fridge and a safe. The mattress was excellent. They clean the room every day and they leave fresh towels by default. When soap or toilet paper is running out, they will leave spare ones by default as well
The staff goes above and beyond. People at the reception speak Italian, Spanish and English for sure. Everyone at the front desk knows about you and if youve made a special request
The day after arriving we had to leave way before breakfast time and they offered to prepare a breakfast box for us. It had a bottle of orange juice, a fruit, a croissant, a yogurt, cutlery and napkins. We could also prepare coffees to go!
In the lobby area there is orange juice, hot and cold water + a wide variety of teas and instantaneous coffee at your disposal 24/7. And in the morning they also add filter coffee and some amazing cookies too!
Breakfast is served ok site and there are a million of things to choose from:
- Coffee, tea, milk, Nesquick and water; orange and pineapple juice
- Various types of hams and cheeses, and homemade breads; scrambled eggs and bacon
- Strawberry, blueberry and peach jam; Nutella; peanut butter; regular butter; and cream cheese
- Tomato, cucumber; a great variety of fruits
- Cereals and granola; regular and Greek yogurt
- You can have an espresso or cappuccino upon request
- There are gluten free options available by default (the whole-grain gluten-free is amazing!)
Its location is convenient - though this makes it a bit noisy if your room faces the square

Location was great. Our room had a view of the piazza. Staff was extremely helpful and parking our car was handled very efficiently. Would highly recommend.

We had a room in a roof space up a spiral staircase. Apparently I should have been Im pressed with the balcony over looking work men fixing a roof. There was no other view.

Loved everything location , rooms hotel very charming old world style but so unique loved it made Florence feel even more special. Staff was kind and breakfast was amazing and so was the breakfast room such old charm. The staff even made cappuccino for us to go and a to go tray to take to our room. Loved this hotel and would stay again ! Perfect gem
