Location
No Washcloths and no A/C after a couple of days of the stay. Yes it was cool outside but the humidity was higher because of the rain. The A/C would have gotten rid of the humidity in the room.

Beautiful Hotel, Great staff. The location of the hotel is in the middle of everything and within minutes to the local train station and tour buses. The breakfast room was spacious with a great selection with a personal touch.

Very good location, helpful staff who help mission impossible carry my super heavy XL luggage to my room manually. The room was big, have balcony for chill. Free candy at reception also free drink bar to enjoy.
I don’t like why such great hotel just deserve a 3 star? It should be at least 5 star in my opinion.

Fantastic location. Beautifully decorated hotel. Enjoyed reading the history of the framed photos along the reception hallway. Included a very good breakfast buffet each day with plenty of options. One of the gentleman staff very friendly and we loved the smiley face on cappuccino! Happy to see a retractable clothesline in the tub/shower area.
At check in we were made aware our room was one of two above the fourth floor, accessible by a narrow gorgeous wooden spiral staircase. This didn’t pose much of a problem. We are both relatively fit and middle aged so we didn’t ask for if other options were available. (On the plus side, to our surprise there was a nice walled balcony with two chairs and a view of the Dome!
