The stay was decent for the price paid. The room was quite small, but the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. There was no attached bathroom or toilet, though the room did have a wash basin which was convenient for freshening up in the morning. One of the biggest advantages was the location, as it was within walking distance of the central train station, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was an okay experience and reasonable value for money.
The reception area felt cluttered with bags and had very poor lighting, which gave the place a dull appearance. The surrounding area also did not feel particularly safe late at night, though that may vary depending on personal comfort levels. the property definitely needs proper maintenance and renovation.

The room was fine for a few nights. The walls are thin so you hear some noise. It is safe to stay here. I am not sure it is worth what we paid, but Florence does have incredible churches, the “David”, and The Academia, and the Uffizi. So we just needed a place to crash. We didn’t have a car.

Facilities was amazing.very clean and staff were friendly.walkable distance from train station and a quite place . Very spacious bedroom and especially very clean towels

Good location close to train station and main centre, good hours of check in and let me hold my bag after checkout (11am). Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Could be made more comfortable with bar fridge in room. Also poor soundproofing and was woken up at 6am by loud conversation in the hall/rooms nearby.

The location is great, close to the train station.
Fresh towels daily with housekeeping.
I found the accommodation too expensive for what you get. Everything is very old and outdated. The bed cover was old and worn - needs to be replaced.
The rooms are not soundproof. Very noisy when people are in the halls.
Personally I would not stay there again.
Also, they charge city tax of 4.50 p/d which was not mentioned upfront.
