In the city centre at first I didn’t realize it but walked 5-7 minutes and we are in the centre very near to train station too breakfast is good too

Room was beautiful and had a big comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and was well located.
We found ants and moscatos in our room. I killed at least 10 mosquitoes and counted at least 50 ants. We told the front desk and they provided a plug in vaporiser to try deter the mosquitoes. In addition, we found the room cleaning to be a little off the standard we’d expect for 4 stars. Some dust and little hit of dirt here and there.

The location was great, staff very helpful and breakfast consistent with a good variety to choose from.
The issue with not having grab rails was addressed quickly and well by staff.
We had booked a disabled room and on arrival discovered that there were no grab rails in the bathroom - despite my emailing to check that there were and being told yes. Our room was above the heating unit and that was noisy the whole time which was unfortunate.

Breakfast was outstanding, delicious and available on time. The staff were very obliging and polite, a big shoutout to the night manager Margi? ( I think that's his name ) - what a beautiful human. The hotel was exceptionally clean especially the bathroom which is a big plus. Very central which was another plus.
No coffee making facilities in the room and only shampoo body wash no conditioner or body lotion. - This is more for Australian travellers, this appears to be an Italian thing and certainly didn't detract from our stay. Also single room means exactly that so don't fret.

Very good location, the hotel was clean and accommodating. In walking distance of the most important attractions. The breakfast was also very nice. And the staff was very helpful and polite.
Being right in the center of the city it could be a little noisy for some. It wasn't a problem for us.

Simple tidy hotel in a nice area with local vibes, a little away from the main tourist haunts. Only c. 5 minute walk from the main train station, and near the river. A short length of a quiet street in front of the hotel, so practically no traffic noise. Some restaurants, bars, cafes and ethnic shops nearby. Easy walk to various must-see destinations.
Breakfast was alright, not massive but enough choice.
Beds were alright, bathroom not big but functional, shower had plenty hot water after a short wait.
Room was cleaned well each day, maybe even too well, as the towels were changed every day though had hardly been used.
The room was slightly on the small side for 3 people, basically no space to unpack your bags or where to hang your coats. There was a cupboard with hangers, but so high that it was difficult for a short person to reach.
Coffee machine at breakfast was slow and created queues at weekend.
