The staff went above and beyond!!!
The breakfast was to die for and the location was amazing.
The views were out of a movie for real.
The room was so hot and extremely dated!!!!! No A/C. We were there in march and I could not imagine being there in the summertime my goodness. DO NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DESTROYED BY MOSQUITOES. I got bit like 50 times it was the worst!!!!!

Very nice friendly staff, clean room, very nice location and decent breakfast.
I didn't like to small room, the ants in the bathroom that one night also were found in our bed!!. I also didn't like that you could hear your neighbours from next door while they were in the bathrooms! Also, the closet and bathroom door were making an extremely loud noise when being opened.

Very clean, great staff, very comfortable bed, location
If u dont get to breakfast relatively ealy most of the food is gone, and not replaced. Breakfast is until 1030 am we got there at 9 and basically all the hot items were empty, no crossaints, smoked salmon, beacon. All not replenished.

Everything was perfect. Location was great - easy walking distance to main sites and close to station. We had a beautiful hand painted ceiling and it all felt so grand! Staff were friendly and breakfast was great.
Bed was a little hard for us but that’s just a personal preference

It was really hot in our room but turns out the heater was turned on for the entire property. Wish we could control the temperature in our own room.

Charming hotel that was formerly the villa of a relative of the Medici family. The rooms were grand and spacious. The staff were super professional, friendly, and helpful. A wonderful breakfast brunch was included in the price of the room. Plus it was conveniently located to almost everything you could want to see in Florence.
Because we travelled to Florence during the Christmas holidays, we found the room a little cooler than we would have liked. We needed to run the slimline HVAC system everyday we were there to maintain an acceptable temperature. But the HVAC unit in our room wasn't that quiet we we went to bed at night.

Staff was incredible and provided great resources for the family to make the trip memorable. Breakfast and bar area were beautiful and breakfast was excellent.
Some minor noise from windows at night as room facing street though not excessive or disruptive.

The hotel was amazing. The rooms, staff, service and breakfast were all terrific. The beds are comfortable and room walls are thick so you don't here other guests.
I wish there was a night light next to the beds. There one light switch for all the lights in the room. Definitely not a deal breaker though.

Location
My room was on the first floor facing the street. There was a metal plate on the road, and every time a car rolled over it, it created a loud noise, and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. I had to wear ear plugs in order not to hear the noise. What was frustrating was that at check in we were not notified of this nuisance but when I complained about it, a different front desk clerk acknowledged that it is a problem, and that the city was notified but nothing has been done about it.

Amazing location, we were able to walk everywhere in Florence! And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. We had no complaints.

The staff was amazing; they had welcome gifts for our kids, provided a list of activities and attractions the kids might enjoy, and surprised them with books and toys to borrow during our stay. The breakfast was amazing. The location was great, walking distance to many attractions. This was by far our favorite hotel during our vacation.
