The hotel was great, perfect and safe location near the train station and the city center. The room was well decorated and big, also very clean! The bathroom was completely renovated. The staff was wonderful and had great recommendations, it was my birthday during my stay and they had a surprise for me it was very sweet! Thank you so much again!

Lovely room, everything was perfect. Spacious room, nice bed, clean bathroom, air conditioning that we can adjust to our liking unlike other hotels in Italy.

Perfectly located. Super short walk from the train station and an easy distance from everything else. The room was charming and beautiful, we loved it. Old Italian charm, really lovely experience. Concierge was friendly and kind with every interaction.
The pillows were pretty hard and uncomfortable. But the mattress was squishy and soft. The room was really cold when we arrived but easily remedied by closing the heavy drapes and turning on the radiator.

The location near Santa Maria Novella was very convenient. Near the train station and near the major sights.
Breakfast was very good, with more options than is typical in Italy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was well laid out and nicely furnished.
My only complaint was the Wi Fi. I don't see other complaints, so maybe it was unusual. But for me, it was terrible. I couldn't stay connected for more than 10 minutes at a time and it sometimes took 20 minutes to get back on. Very frustrating

The loveliest staff, and the location was excellent. I loved everything on that same street! Best restaurant we experienced, best wine window, etc.
The room itself was just ok. The best was extremely hard and the room could get incredibly stuffy. Shower was also a bit temperamental.

Great location. The staff was very accommodating, attentive and friendly. The breakfast was decent.
The beds were not comfortable. I booked a room that showed two double beds but had a room with two twin beds attached and another sofa type bed. Wasn’t room I booked. Felt hotel was pricey for what it was worth. The toilet was very forceful when flushed and felt like water was spraying out. The shower didn’t have much force.

Breakfast was included and was wonderful. There was a wide assortment of pastry, fruit, cheese, cereal, juice, and coffee/tea. It was a great way to begin our day! Each staff member was very helpful and friendly. They accommodated us by packing an early breakfast for our early day trip.
We enjoy taking the stairs, but stairs are steep in old buildings. Handrails were appreciated for safety. Small elevator, fits four, but at least they have one!

Gorgeous hotel right in the heart of Florence! Walking distance to the duomo, wine bars, cafes and restaurants. Nice big comfortable bed, very friendly staff and beautiful outdoor space for a lovely breakfast every morning.

An oasis of cool and calm in a hot busy City. The place is spotless, feels very grand, the views we had were exceptional, the breakfast selection was incredible and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A must stay in Firenze!
