Wonderful
The breakfast was amazing. Very fresh ingredients with lots of options. Our son has celiac and there were many gluten free options as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, bright, and clean. The location was very central. Everything was walkable within the city centre.
The free wifi had a very poor connection.

Great location, only 15min walk to most of important locations, 5min walk to tram stop if further trip is required. Staff is really polite and super friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Will be recommending to all my friends.

This is a great hotel. It is very conveniently located and, despite being close to the city center, is very quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we received a very good and unusually detailed explanation of the main attractions, sites, and dining options in the city.
The bartender later shared that the inner garden was once used by a young Michelangelo as a workshop or training ground. We looked this up online, and the information supported the story.
The breakfast was excellent - there was plenty of food to choose from, and everything was fresh and very tasty. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, only a short walk from the main city centre. Room was light and airy with a big bed. We had a balcony looking west and the sunset was stunning.
Breakfast was good, with Gluten free items available. The garden room for breakfast was delightful.
Great location if arriving by train or flight, the T2 tram line runs from directly behind the hotel for both the train station and airport.
We didn't have any negative experiences here. A delightful hotel which we hope to return to.

Such a warm welcoming by reception staff. They provided a lovely birthday message and complimentary drinks. Judith and Alazne were so friendly and helpful with directions, recommendations for food and things to do locally. They are a great asset to the hotel and customers. Location is fantastic and lots local to see and do. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was simply perfect the staff were all super friendly from the reception, bar, waitress’s, cleaners. Breakfast is amazing so much choice! Rooms lovely we had a great view of the garden and the bathroom and shower are big and shower is huge! Exceptionally clean, spotless! Location ideal 5/10 mins walk to all the main sites - simply perfect.
I took one mark off only because the mattress was quite hard but that’s a personal choice!
