Staff was exceptional and beyond hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a pleasant stay. They made recommendations and provided instructions to local restaurants, trains, buses, and other transportation services such as calling and making taxi reservations. The kitchen staff and room cleaning staff were outstanding as well. In all, I wish I could have rated them a 10+ overall. The location was minutes away from downtown and all the stores, restaurants and Historical sites, a perfect location. Would definitely go back

Superb little hotel - very clean and comfortable, Very clean room with a cute balcony of the streets of Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and delicious. We loved our room which was very clean and spacious.
Parking or stopping was a nightmare in the evening ... cars parked on all the narrow roads. We had to make couple of rounds before we could stop. But that is the situation in the area, and not of the hotel. Once checked-in, the hotel recommended parking was close and safe.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room was nice and clean.
Room can be noisy if guests in adjacent rooms are loud. Perhaps little sound dampening between the walls.
Hotel is about 20 min walk to the Florence restaurant/shopping/sightseeing areas, so somewhat incovnient.

Hotel front desk staff (Cristina, Laura & Valeria) were extremely accommodating & helpful. Hotel was ideally located around some delightful restaurants. Bus stops were just a few minutes away. Breakfast was very sumptuous!

If you have the option, ask for the Apartment ( it’s for 2 ) but it’s a suite!!!

The only problem we had is that the air conditioning unit didn’t work. Someone came to look at it and couldn’t figure out. He was supposed to look up the user manual and come back but he never did. Tried to sleep with window opened but there were mosquitoes, so not the most restful night. Everything se was great.

The hotel, though not in the historic district, is a short walk to everything. It’s very clean and comfortable.

We are traveling with a large dog who is calm and does not damage the room, but this can sometimes be tricky with the staff and room size, which is why we always book one of the largest rooms. Everything was fine here. I noticed the staff right away, and the girl at the reception was absolutely kind and professional. The hotel is in an older building, but everything was clean and there was no unpleasant smell. The breakfast was excellent. The park for walking the dog is about 400 meters in the direction of the river, and the walk along the river was very nice.
