Proximity to city center, easy to reach when coming from outside Florence by car, paid parking in 50 meters from the hotel. Big rooms, big bathrooms, daily clean and minibar in the room including coffee machine with daily refills.
A bit cold in the breakfast saloon but consider this was January.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room was nice and clean.
Room can be noisy if guests in adjacent rooms are loud. Perhaps little sound dampening between the walls.
Hotel is about 20 min walk to the Florence restaurant/shopping/sightseeing areas, so somewhat incovnient.

Located just outside of historic city center, short walk will bring you to central locations. The staff is helpful and friendly. Comfortable and large rooms. Parking garage is a big plus, was very help for us, since parking on the street or nearby parking was nearly impossible
Neighboring room shower was quite loud and heard inside of our room. Would loved more vegetables for a choice at breakfast

Breakfast is delicious. The staff is helpful and friendly. Location is good, 15-20 minutes walking to centre.
We had some problems with wi-fi. It would always disconnect and reconnect repeatedly in the room.

Amazing breakfast and super friendly stuff. The room was bright, clean and pretty. It is close enough to center. Great experience!
Note that the parking is not available. However, there is a very big one near the hotel. We payed 13 euros for the night
