Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good.
There was no facial tissue in our room and the hotel does not provide it. Also, no ironing equipment was in our room.

Great location right outside the ZTL if you are arriving by car. Very easy to get to the main attractions. Breakfast was incredible, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We also received a room upgrade which is always very nice.
We checked in late through their sister hotel Jane across the street and everything went smoothly. The only hiccup we encountered came with the parking. We were under the impression that parking would be available but we were immediately recommended a parking that was far away. We parked on the street the first night and the next morning, it was quickly resolved by our reception who gave us a parking space at the garage right around the corner. It was a great stay, although pricey - it looks like prices are generally higher in Florence though.

Fabulous location and amazing room! We had our own private apartment with a private outdoor seating area. It was clean, comfortable, and extremely large. We all loved our stay there!

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and so nice.
It's a walk to Florence proper, which was a little daunting in the heat. But it's such a great hotel at an affordable price that the walk was worth it.

We loved the location and the quieter neighborhood. Easy walk to the river and downtown.
They offered a great array of breakfast fare.
Definitely a wonderful experience.
We had the room near the stairs and we heard people stomping down quite a lot, since there is no carpet to dampen the noise.

This was our second time staying here in two years. We went as a family of five this time around so we stayed on the fifth floor in the room with the hot tub and balcony. The breakfast is a very nice feature. We loved that the location was away from the noise. The walk into the city was enjoyable. Our view from the room was gorgeous. The room and hotel were both very clean. The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The only negative about the room was the bathroom situation. There isn’t as much privacy in the bathroom as one would expect in the suite that holds 5 people. However it is important to note that the room we stayed in the 1st time (Not the suite with the hot tub), there was no issue with bathroom privacy.

The hotel was charming, clean, fresh and modern and the staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We were able to store our luggage prior to checking in as well as the next day as we explored Florence.
The parking situation. The street is very narrow and parking is limited. There really isn't a place to stop or park to check-in, etc. I knew there was a parking garage provided by the hotel but couldn't find it. You have to have them direct you. However, the front desk staff explained the situation, personally walked us to the private parking garage and showed us what to do. I should have asked for instructions prior to arrival but I didn't know what to expect. It all worked out though!

This was a really good stay for us. Comfortable room, good facilities, good location, great value and most importantly super frie dlg and helpful staff. Breakfast was also included and was super complete and delicious. The hotel really exceeded my expectations.
