Great breakfast and very nice staff. The family suite on top floor worked for family with 3 kids. It is all in the same room but it’s ok for a few nights.

It’s close proximity to the city centre. It is 15mins away on foot from all the historic places to visit. We came by car and it was very convenient to be near the centre yet not inside it which facilities the driving and the parking. The hotel room was very spacious. I loved the shower as the water pressure was very strong :). The breakfast although small it was good and varied with really tasty sweet pies.
The very small lift.. However it serves its purpose..

Room was spacious.
Staff were friendly & very helpful. Having a lift was also very handy✔️
Gorgeous little restaurants around.
Location - lots of roadworks around so it was a bit tricky getting to main shopping area & other sites.
Taxis are expensive - avoid them on a Sunday due to surcharge being added!
Buses were ok but confusing to find the correct stops - and are sometimes delayed.
Expect lots of walking!

Wonderful stay!
We had a lovely stay at the hotel and were especially impressed by the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We had 3 rooms, and one of the rooms had an open shower. I wasn’t aware of this when booking, however, the staff went out of their way to help find a solution. They provided a sheet and a Japanese-style divider to help close off the shower area and give us some privacy. We really appreciated the effort they made to accommodate us.
Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices and a great selection of both hot and cold food. There was something for everyone and more than enough variety each morning.
There was also a supermarket just around the corner, which was extremely convenient. The hotel had a lovely courtyard, and on the nights when we were too tired to go out after a long day of sightseeing, we could simply pick up some food from the supermarket and sit together in the courtyard. It was such a nice and relaxing option.
Overall, we had a great experience. The wonderful staff really stood out and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again!
Open shower with no privacy isn't for everyone, especially if you are travelling with friends. However, they do have rooms that have a closed bathroom - we just got unlucky with one of the three rooms that had an open shower.

The room was spacious enough to accommodate a family with two teenagers; it had a large double bed and two separate comfortable beds for the children.
Breakfast was quite plentiful with a good selection. Excellent service. They were very helpful with parking, which ended up costing us nothing.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I loved this hotel. Clean and a little out of the city centre which was perfect for us, however still walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and cafes at our doorstep.

It was excellent, told them about our anniversary, and they prepared the room with rose petals on the bed in a shape of a heart, got a room with a mini balcony (the view was amazing), complimentary wine - all free of charge. Everything was clean, breakfast was also very delicious.

Helpful staff. Parking (paid) was very close and outside the TLZ. Bus stop was also close (too hot to walk in August!). We really enjoyed the plunge tub in the suite to cool off (nb. It takes a while to fill and we couldn’t turn on the bubbles).

The breakfast lady was very nice, remembered my order of a cappuccino. The breakfast itself was delicious. Comfortable room and the air con which was a god send!
Acoustics: Walls were thin, it sounded like people were moving furniture above us on floor 5, noise from outside but expected as busy roads.
Jacuzzi: The tub was very unreliable, only got it working once while we were there for a week

Located in a quiet area, about 20 minutes from the city center; spacious rooms, modern furniture, clean, varied continental breakfast, friendly staff.
Not directly related to the hotel, but as a warning for those arriving by car: the hotel parking lot is usually full, and street parking costs around 30 € per day, payable only via apps (that charge extra fees) since the parking meters are all out of order.
