Great location. Friendly staff, very helpful. The only thing was that for a room with 3 people, the AC could have been stronger. We had to sleep with the door open.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Martina was great along with everyone at the front desk. The housekeeper helped with cleaning my room when it worked for me.
I believe it is advertised to have a bar but they just have a few bottles in the room and at the front desk.
Though there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and they made a great recommendation for La Luna.

The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing . It was in a great location, walking distance to historic centre, with great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Locations, staff and facilities were excellent, breakfast was fantastic, however when we went later in the service, selection was poor (not replenished ☹️)
Our room was a little tired in places (flooring needs repairing, pictures not hung straight) very minor issues that could easily be resolved.

The air conditioning blew hot air. We had to buy a fan to get any relief from the heat. The hallway was cooler than our room

Staff was super friendly. Christine was so accommodating at breakfast especially as we needed gluten free for my daughter. The Jacuzzi overlooking the cathedral was amazing as we book d the top level suite.
Was a quick 20-30min walk to the center. Parking around the corner for €15 per day.

The staff was great, the price was affordable. If you come with a car, this is an excellent option because the hotel is not in a no-driving area but is close to the city center.
