Close to train. Very spacious room. Small balcony, large bed. Heated floors in bathroom. Lighting was great!
Room was quite hot, had window and balcony door open all night. We understood Italy has certain rules on heat/cooling. Elevator also only goes up 1 floor, so the next two floors you have to take the stairs. It was an absolute maze, could see this as an issue if you had multiple bags or are backpacking!!

Great location near station. Spacious room and bathroom at rear of property, so relatively quiet overnight.
Lift only goes to first floor. Stairs up to 3rd floor cramped and not easy with heavy cases.

Disappointing
Location was great and staff were very nice.
The air conditioning was not working at all (which i note was an issue in other reviews) making the room very hot and as a result we had to have the shared balcony door open which was not only a security concern, but also allowed every mosquito in Florence to come in.
