Beautifully designed and modern hotel tucked away just 10 minutes from the train station! Bedrooms are clean, comfortable and quiet after a day of travel and exploring. Staff are courteous and professional. It looks like the photos. I loved the location because it was close to the train station yet still in a quiet area. It a little bit farther of a walk to the duomo but it is not a problem.

The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond with every request. They made some great recommendations for dinner and each of the restaurants were amazing, particularly Trattoria Parione. The hotel was very clean, stylish, quiet and safe, and our rooms were very spacious.
There was nothing we did not like.

It is our second time in this hotel: the last time we lived there in June.
We love everything about this hotel and did not think twice about, choosing accommodation for our second trip to Florence.
House-keeping left the vacuum cleaner in the corridor twice for a night.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood. A real Palazzo experience delivered with large and comfortable rooms.
Not close to City center, 15-20 Mins walking distance. Breakfast could have more cheese and vegetable varieties

The breakfast was so so. For that price I was expecting something cooked as well. The cakes were mediocre. Also there is A TON of mosquitos on the property. I went out for two seconds to have breakfast and got attacked. Maybe worth putting some mosquito repellent for the guests. Mini bar overpriced. Hotel decor great.
Small gym. Also on the day I was checking out and carrying a lot of bags, there was a taxi strike. Would’ve been nice if someone offered to drive me to the train station since the ride was only 5 mins away. I know my stay doesn’t include something like that, but that’s something that would’ve exceeded my expectations.
