The staff are nice. Antonio is the best.
This hotel needs a serious make over. Carpeting needs change, not even shampooing.
There is a funky smell in the room and at the lobby. Old sewage and building odor.

3.50 erros for a small can of coke. Barely watm water for my showing. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. And to top.it off I was chewed up by some kind of bug on my ankles amd elbos

We had no place to eat dinner the restaurant in the hotel was close but the cooks made a meal for us. We had a 6:00 am flight and this was a blessing.

All the hotel carpet, but mostly in the room, is so unhygienic.
The hotel require an update from the funky 70's of the previous century.

Disappointing
Staff was very kind, polite, and attentive. The restaraunt was conveniently located in the hotel, menu was good, service was good. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. We had quick service by shuttle to the airport, (5 minute drive) which we were able to book the night before, which was very helpful.
The air conditioning did not cool the room, even though an employee came and checked it to make sure it was functioning properly. Apparently it was, but you could hardly tell it was on. It was very difficult to sleep, and the outside temperature was too hot to open the balcony door.
The shower was very nice, however there seemed to be an entire panel missing from the door, which meant one had to stay back in the corner of the shower to avoid spraying water all over the floor (and there was no bath mat provided). Also, it might be good to have some outlets by the bedside tables in order to plug in phones which many travellers use as alarms. Although I am sympathetic to travelling with small children, there was a child in the restaraunt who screamed non stop, and the adults in the family did literally nothing to comfort her, nor did the staff address the situation.

The hotel is tired and worn. Our door handle was broken, the carpet did not appear clean. They advertised a shuttle that was not running that day and cost 20 euro. Staff was clueless.

Close to airport as we had an early morning flight
Very dated, the building looked abandoned from the exterior. Awful smell in lobby and hallways. I was locked in the bathroom after only closing the door (not locking).

The shuttle that picked us up was without air conditioning when it was +30c. The property is in an area that is sketchy and dirty. As soon as you walked into the hotel there was an awful smell in the lobby. When we registered we were told that the wifi was not working. All in all not the greatest hotel stay

Don't go when it is warm. The airconditioning is not more then a ventilation system.
Stayed 10 minutes in the room and decided to leave and book somewhere else. Staying there was no option.
