Poor
Not much. The desk attendant was nice when she helped me find a bottle of water and then I wasnt charged for it. Check in was easy.
Property was very worn. Carpet looked dirty. Elevator grimy, walls super thin-toilet flushing next door was loud and clear. Bed uncomfortable. Room super small (but thats expected in Italy). I expected a little more for over $100 euros. Also hotel is a 15 min walk from tram station in what seemed a shady area-at night.

Location between airport and Florence, and convenient access to the tram.r
There was a musty odor in the room. The bathroom plumbing wasnt efficient. No coffee maker in the room.

Close to airport
No tea coffee water provided this is unheard of
Taxi 25 Euro to airport 5 minutes and no credit card available so had to exchange money aus$90 got me 35 euro so cost me $41 fira4 minute ride (this is a ripoff will not be recommending)

It is a nice hotel for the price, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our room so they quickly moved us. Its near the airport and about 20 minutes from the tourist center : the duomo, Uffizi gallery ponte vecchio etc.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was 8 for cold eggs, croissants, soggy bacon, nesspresso machine coffee, choice of 2 fruits, cereal and bread.
Save your money and grab a nice cappuccino and pastry down the street

Location was good, staff nice, room ok.
The mosquitos were a disaster, leading to almost no sleep. Would be nice if the rooms were equipped with repellent or mosquito screens. The little plug-in we got from downstairs unfortunately did not work well at all, partially due to the placement of the outlets

Disappointing
The bartender was excellent and the dinner was above average. The desk clerk was very helpful.
The air conditioning had been cut off in the hotel though it had been unseasonably warm. Thus we had to open the windows and mosquitoes keep us awake much of the night. We were told in an email that a shuttle to the airport would be provided at the times we requested, but when we arrived, we were told that we would need to take a taxi. The hotel could use a facelift.

The girl in the reception was very very kind.
We traveled with our dog and the people in the hotel were all very kind and friendly.
The price was high and the room & bathroom need maintenance.

Disappointing
The dinner was delicious
Aircon was not working, and there were no fans, either power kept going out staff would come when they could be bothered.
Bathroom to small and shower inside bathtub dangerous to step into and stand in would not recomend for older people.
Couldn't turn taps on needed hubby to do this he has to use a towel
Had to open windows as no AC bugs mozzies was a horrible stay would not recommend

Very close to airport for early morning flight. Room very clean, restaurant on site, good meal
They stated they turned off air conditioning since that season had ended. Room very stuffy- opened windows initially but had to close them secondary to mosquitoes

Nothing to like about the property.
The aircon doesnt work in the entire hotel. It is a huge problem. They should mention this while booking. The lift is tiny and you have to wait a long time to get a lift. The closest train station is a good 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The property was clean for the most part. Room was clean, but hallways need work. The staff were very nice, and helpful. There was a tram stop very close by which brought us right into the city.
There was no air conditioning even though it was listed when we booked, and the sink in the bathroom leaked water quite badly. Overall, things seemed quite run down. However, based on the price and location, we expected this.

Restaurant Closed for the night and Barman was not only running the bar but serving food as well.. not great our pizza was like a biscuit..
Breakfast was unbelievably bad and the staff didnt look like they wanted to be there!! Wish that we hadnt bothered
