This was an exceptional stay in a really nice boutique hotel, in the heart of Florence with excellent staff! The hotel is luxurious, well designed with great artwork all over. The room was spacious had all needed amenities (including complementary minibar items) and had a lovely hand written welcome note and gift which was much appreciated! Breakfast included lots of options. Great feature is the 5th floor where guests can relax at anytime, with available coffee/tea/hot water as well as a microwave and many cool art books. Location is great as it's very central, close to the river, designer shops and nice restaurants. The best part of the hotel was the very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, providing great recommendations, always available via What's App, helpful with luggage, were kind enough to make restaurant bookings for us and at breakfast would go out of their way to make sure we had everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was great! Very close to many stores and main attractions, if you are planning on dinning in the oltraorno neighborhood like we did (which we recommend) this location is perfect!! The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The closet could be a bit bigger but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us as it does have space. The mini bar is free, mostly water, juice, coffee and some snacks which was a pleasant suprise. They also have a coffee machine in the 5th floor where they serve breakfast, that is available all day and also free which we loved and found very convenient. Also the staff is great, very welcoming and ready to help with anything that is required. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
There is a bit of noise outside during the night but not a dealbreaker either.

The absolute best location, central to all the things to see. The design & decor was chic, the room was comfortable and well laid out.
The bed was hard but I was able to sleep.

The location is the best!
The room is very clean
The breakfast wasn’t so good. Not for me, that eat less in the norming but for my kids, they didn’t like so much. For me the biggest problem is the breakfast space… very tied, because bot so comfy. But I understand that doesn’t have so many empty spaces at the building.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable - loved the cleanliness, colorful decor and the welcome gift! The hotel was centrally situated and in a very safe area. Breakfast was fantastic - superb choices and the top floor where it was served (with drinks available 24x7 for free!) was a beautiful area where you can just hang out. The best part was the accessibility- my daughter is in a wheelchair and the bathroom met her needs, with the front desk ensuring a ramp was always available for her. This hotel was well worth the price!

The location was perfect in the center between all the brands shops. Walking distance from all the historical places, the interior was amazing as you were in an Art Gallery . The room was big and clean. They have coffee and drinks available in the room and in the rooftop 24/7.
The staff were very friendly especially (Sara).
Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the main street and in the evening/night it was a bit noisy.
