The location was great! Very close to many stores and main attractions, if you are planning on dinning in the oltraorno neighborhood like we did (which we recommend) this location is perfect!! The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The closet could be a bit bigger but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us as it does have space. The mini bar is free, mostly water, juice, coffee and some snacks which was a pleasant suprise. They also have a coffee machine in the 5th floor where they serve breakfast, that is available all day and also free which we loved and found very convenient. Also the staff is great, very welcoming and ready to help with anything that is required. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
There is a bit of noise outside during the night but not a dealbreaker either.

The absolute best location, central to all the things to see. The design & decor was chic, the room was comfortable and well laid out.
The bed was hard but I was able to sleep.

A perfect hotel. One of the best in 67 years. Perfect location, great comfort, extremely kind and helpful staff, and the amazing, delicious and varied breakfast. And very sophisticated decoration. Good taste without arrogance. Briefly: wonderful.

I stayed initially for one day then was passing through Florence for an extra day and felt like it’s a no brainer to choose Milu again. It’s very centrally located, the all day concierge ensures that even when I’m travelling back late at night there’s someone there to help me.
I’m not super sensitive to noise so I didn’t feel like there’s anything to complain about the location once the windows are closed. The single room is well-equipped and very comfortable for one person. I had late trains and appointments both times after checking out, and it’s always been such a smooth experience with leaving my luggage there and picking it up later.
Claudia at the front desk is an absolute delight, super helpful and very friendly, recommended two restaurants and made bookings for me - turned out to be my absolute fav meals during my stay!
