Omg the best place ever!!! The staff were so nice, the location is like 5-10 min walk to Santa Maria del fiore. And 15-20 min walk from santa novella train station.

My room was small but comfortable and very clean. The noise from the street in the morning was manageable for me. Location is great as it is just 15 meters away from the last stop the T2 tram from the airport and also within walking distance of the main sights of the city (1 Minute to the Galery of the Academy and 6 Minutes to the Dome). That was all I needed.
All said and done a fridge would have been nice but I knew before that there is not in the room I booked.

Location is great! Close to tram, bus station, and walkable to the historical center. Room is big and clean and has full amenities. Self check-in online with the staff that is fast respond via WhatsApp. Value for money I recommend ??

Convenient location; big and thick towels; and passcode to unlock doors, so no keys.
There is no place to put stuff, not even towels.
The room allows smoking, the smell of smoke permeate into fixed materials in the room, like possibly walls, etc. The room constantly has that nasty smoke smells, can be get off by allows air circulation from outdoor.
The bathroom has a smell from constant humidity.
No refrigerator, not even a shared one among the apartments; they do have a shared space, but looks they want it being used as leisure and game room.
I remember there was only one power outlet we can use.

A great location near most of the sights in Florence.
The room looked like it was in rough shape, part of the headboard was coming out of the wall and the walls were covered in scuff marks. Not a huge issue for our stay, but it is an electronic check in, which some people may find confusing.

Excellent location!! Very convenient to downtown Florence and right next to the tram station which was perfect. Right around the corner from the museum as well. The room is very comfortable with an excellent sleeping bed. We felt safe and would definitely stay again. We highly recommend the NY cafe which is right around the corner for breakfast. Perfect situation for a couple.

Central location. Very clean. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
The only improvement I would suggest is to let visitors know in advance to take the elevator to the third floor (which was clearly marked ) the office is around the corner. Not hard for someone who isn’t jetlagged.? No room key is needed. Everything is done by pin.
