close to bus station for city center. free parking spots nearby if you are lucky
i had a bad experience during checkin. we booked triple room in which my family 2 adults three kids can be easily accommodated based on our previous bookings in paris and italy. we booked non refundable room through booking . com and during checkin there was one lady manager who refused to give room and resulted in me buying another room at spot. May be they were following some rules from govt although during my 14 days italy and france trip this was the only hotel who objected one room exceeding capacity. The receptionist boy was trying to accommodate but the female manager was too stubborn to grant room.

The location was very good, easily accessible by tram from the main station and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The staff were amazing. We arrived quite early just to leave our luggage, as they had suggested using the storage, but when we arrived they told us the room was already ready and allowed us to check in. This was quite exceptional and unlike many other places.
There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was quite bothersome. Due to the ventilation, we could also smell food from other rooms. The Wi-Fi was not very good either.

The location was not far from historical area and good distance for walking exercise. There was bath-tab there, which made us very happy. The staffs were very kind to us.
Particularly cost performance was very very good for us too.
The room was a little small, but we were only sleeping. Therefore there was no problem.

Probably Florence has become a place for rich tourists. This place was one of the cheapest. 100€ per night, to stay in a room without heating ( even though they accommodated our request for a room change for this reason) is not value for money ( They put 2 extra duvets in the wardrobe, to compensate on the lack of heating, that obviously takes a lot of money to be fixed). The heating is below average also in common areas, not just in the rooms. We wanted to have a soft light in the room and decided to turn on a beautifully looking lamp by the TV, only to realise that if you would turn off the other lights, this lamp would turn off too

Everything! Vert uncomfortable beds. Shower is so tiny you can barely move or lift your arms . Very old and dated and not clean. Breakfast was so bad we canceled the other breakfast we had payed for. There were BED BUGS and when we mentioned that, they laughed in our faces. They came and replaced the sheet and pillow cases but that didnt help. The hairdryer didn't work. The aircon is a joke. Do not waste your money here. Gross is an understatement.
