Disappointing
There is some green around which always OK. Beds were okay along with the pillows. The staff was always helpful, and I am happy one of them gave me an umbrella although they wouldn't need to. Didn't try the breakfast, but I saw it was "home-like" in Italian style.
Extremely noisy hotel. I could hear my neighbours from 2 room ahead even if they weren't shouting. The part of the building I was in front of was also very noisy. Finally, you can see everything is quite old. Bathroom is small, almost japanese-like. Which for someone like me (tall) is a problem.

possible to leave luggage in storage room, possible to get breakfast when wanted (need to preorder by 10pm on the day before) for 6€ per person
well connected by public transport, 30 minutes by foot to city centre
breakfast selection was a bit lacking (we also went towards the end of service)
