Hotel was a bit farther from city center, but easy to access bus/tram for a 15 minute ride to sites. Breakfast was great. The staff were welcoming and wonderful!

Staff! They always made us feel comfortable and helped us with our questions and requests. Its a Basic hotel located in a quiet neighbour just outside ZTL. Good restaurants and shops in the vicinity and as its not a tourist packed area prices are more friendly. All 4 Beds were comfortable, I must also point out, its a pretty quiet hotel.
A little far away from main attractions and old center (around 700m to Accademia and 1,3 Km to Duomo), just outside Firenze's ZTL (a big plus if you come by car) and with a tram station just 200m (another plus). Shower box was a little thight for my frame but manageable for a couple of days. Overral, a good experience! Hotel is a little dated and basic, but sometimes you don't need more; location wise could be a little extra walking distance from attractions, but the surronding area is quiet and with adequate infrastructure (Some nice restaurants, bars, farmacy, supermarket, kids play area, hairdresser and shops in a 300mt radius).

The hotel is pretty old, the rooms needs some renovations. We bad our room with the windows facing the main street and it was pretty noisy

My friend and her son stayed at this hotel on my recommendation. They were very unhappy - the room was much smaller than described, although the reservation was for 2 people, man and 8-year-old child, the bed was so small that the child could barely sleep. There was no drainage system in the bathroom and after bathing, water flooded the room. When they were sleeping, someone tried to open the door of the room at night and when they heard a noise inside, only then did they leave. They were lucky that the key was still in the lock. The description also states that they work with American Express cards, but on the spot it turned out that the information was incorrect and they do not work. I am very disappointed and will not make the same mistake a second time, I will not advise anyone to stay at that hotel, I will not put people in a dangerous and uncomfortable situation.
