Wonderful
Breakfast was great. The location was great. It was walkable to everything we did in Florence. There was a parking garage downstairs which made that easy. The concierge was very helpful. The room was good. The hotel was quaint and the building was built in the 1600's.
The hotel lobby was on the second floor and there was no elevator. And the steps were further compromised because there was work being done in the center of the stairway so there was a rough wooden railing. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat

The room is big. The bathroom is modern and clean. The breakfast is excellent. It is very welcoming. Is really close to termini and on a street that leads to downtown easily.
The mattress of the bed is uneven, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle. It could use an upgrade.

Staff was very helpful. We loved the old school charm of the hotel. The location was great and the breakfast was very good. Loved that we received an actual room key. It made us smile.

I loved the location of the property very close to train station and easily walkable to many other attractions. The hotel had a rustic charm to it. The staff were ALL incredibly friendly and helpful!
Didn’t love that our bathroom with not in the room but I knew that when I booked but definitely something to be aware of. Also the bed was uncomfortable but honestly I found that to be the case in most of the hotels we stayed at in Italy.

Thin walls, you can hear everything.
Old, although renovated bathrooms.
Bed and pillows are not that comfy.

Very close to the Rail Station but close to town. The decor was old world ornate but modern bathroom. Breakfast was extensive and pretty good. Price was reasonable.
Really no complaints. They sent a form to fill out before arriving but it was pretty simple and I think you could just go to the desk. I like that there was a 24 hour desk, which seems to be disappearing in many places. You have to give your key when you go out in case that bothers you.

The staff was very pleasant.
Carrying luggage up the stairs and a bit of noise by others in the evening and outside. Rooms were smaller than expected.

Excellent central location (7 min walk to Santa Maria del Fiore), beautiful authentic room design, super clean and comfortable bathroom, excellent breakfast with a big variety of sweet and salted options, great value for money.
Parking located close to the property is only 15 EUR per day.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect (8 minute walk to the train station -SMN-, 5 minute walk to the market, 10 minute walk to the Duomo). The hotel was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The pillows are very thin. They could be fluffier.
