This is always a haven right in the center of Florence, but tucked against the river and very quaint in feel. The ultimate boutique hotel feeling pervades... Beautiful decor, amazing staff, esp. Paulo, Lorenzo and the wonderful team at the front for offering exceptional service. They are all a class act!
The gym is a little small, but grateful they have one!!

The location is outstanding - short walk to Ponte Vecchio from where you can reach all the major sites in Florence on foot. The hotel is upscale and boasts its own Michelin-starred restaurant, which we enjoyed. By far the best part was the spectacular view from our balcony - of the river Arno and Ponte Vecchio, esp. at sunset. Breakfast was great, too!
The rooms are a bit small - even though we were able to mange to fit everything in, for the high price we paid, one would have expected more space.
