the staff try their very best to wrk in a very difficult place. They are very welcoming. Also the room was very clean and the towels very soft.
Everything else is bad...the place is falling apart, it is clear the owners do not give a hoot. 1. Can't you at least give the place a paint every now and then? dirty along every door handle. 2. the lift works like a jack hammer and can be heard l from our bedroom every time it is used. 3. the BIGGEST issue...THERE IS NO HOT WATER. the shower is tepid...no exageration....NO HOT water. We complained but little reception can do. OWNERS WAKE UP AND stop abusing this beautiful properlty which has great potential but no investment. It is old and tired.

Lovely hotel! So elegant and artistic. It has a royal touch. Very VERY tidy. And the staff were so welcoming and helpful, they provided us with free water bottles, and maps highlighting the best places to visit in Florance! the AC wasnt working well, theyve upgraded us to a bigger suite with a view facing the bridge! The breakfast was soooo delicious!(best omelette we’ve had)! We we’re so lucky choosing this hotel! Thank you.

The gentlemen at reception were incredibly attentive and helpful. Very nice hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Florence.
Facilities were good and the room was spacious. Complimentary mini bar was a nice touch too. Great recommendations as well for restaurants which are more for locals than usual tourist traps.
A bit of a trek from centre but is also a good thing away from the very busy Florence centrico

History of this place is very interesting, and ceiling is impressive, very friendly staff. Delicious and beautiful breakfast by Dmitrii.
We had a room next to breakfast room. It was so much noise from morning… what is normal, because people start to work.. but we want peace and quiet…so when you have holidays and want to sleep a bit longer, you simply not able. Also no balcony on this floor… how it was on pictures of booking. Maybe we were just not lucky with the room, but expectations were higher and we were a but disappointed.

Absolutely everything, the staff were so genuine and happy all the time, they couldn't do enough for you
We were in the annexe so just the stairs to be honest, for us we both wear glasses bifocals so doing stairs were quite difficult with luggage in hands, but apart from that nothing to change

Welcome was lovely. The gentleman in the afternoon is so helpful - made some lovely restaurant recommendations & gave us prosecco.
Room was spacious & cool and include a fridge & kettle.
Nice outside terrace on the ground floor & roof- although far too hot to be up there.
Lovely location on the river, in a really quiet part of town. It is a 20 min walk to the centre, but that wasn’t an issue along the river taking in the views.
Nothing I can think of really!
Breakfast was quite a lot if you wanted it - €25, maybe a little cheaper would be more enticing.
