Perfect location near to train station. Nice hotel
Only a few items, the shower was extremely slow to drain. We told the front desk, but it was not fixed during our 3 night stay.

The location is very close to the train station and the major sites like the Duomo.
We were on the 2nd level and could hear the noise in the street.

The hotel is beautiful. Room was comfortable, very clean. Loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Hotel was awesome. Perfect location. Everything in a walkable direction. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was great with great views. Staff was extremely friendly. They offered info on places to see, things to do, places to eat and even offered to make reservations for us if we wanted. They even had umbrellas for us on one of the rainy days. Loved it!

Great hotel which was easy to walk to from the T2 tram station and very well located to walk to all the Florence main sight seeing locations. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

Everything is perfect. It’s over my expectations. I really enjoy the moment with my mom. it’s very closed to train station. The stuff is so warm and helpful.
u cannot find the hotel through google map even it’s just in front of u. wrong door number confused me a lot. can u put a right door number?
