Excellent location and stylish interior. Staff very polite and efficient. Good large bathroom and shower. Appreciated the complimentary mineral water each day and good air conditioning. We liked the fact you could walk to all the main attractions very easily and the square where the hotel was located had a lovely atmosphere, lively but not at all noisy.
Our superior room on the second floor was comfortable but very dark. Space to hang clothes and put suitcases was limited and the window looked on to an inner courtyard.
Breakfast was okay witty lots of choice but not the quality we have had in other hotels in Italy.

Room was fabulous, large with a view of the square. Location within walking distance of the train station but also within really easy reach of all the major sites in Florence. Beautiful square outside the hotel to watch the world go by, lots of small restaurants nearby. Reception very helpful with directions, transport arrangements and advice.

Great location. Verry nice staff at reception & at breakfast. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
Room was much too expensive for price charged. Had wifi stopages during night. Wifi did not reach bathroom & toilet. Misleading roome description on Booking: room was described as "superior", but was relatively small, without view to Piaza, only to blank wall in back of hotel.

Great location right by the train station but not too close to it! Once you leave the hotel you are in the centre of all the historic places to visit.

Very near to Old Town and also not far from train station.
Breakfest was good.
The Staff was friendly
The hot water was not so hot , it was actually just a little warm - for us it was ok, because it was 40 outside
Florence is expensiv, this hotel is there no exeption
