The location of the hotel is great! The distance to Duomo and ZAZA restaurant is very close. The hotel rooms are great. The only pity is that the WiFi network in our room is a little weak. The hospitality of the staff is satisfactory! It feels like home!

My husband and I have stayed at Hotel l’Orologio over the years. The quality has not changed; it is a lovely, quiet hotel in a perfect location for us, since we use the train station often. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Their buffet breakfast is excellent.

We have stayed here before. Room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to train station. Morning breakfast is buffet and has a variety of foods to enjoy.

This hotel is PET OVER FRIENDLY. In this hotel, Pets are the priority. Humans are treated lower than PETS. We requested a quiet room. But a dog continued barking hysterically in the room next to our first room. We complained.Then, we were offered the second room. But other two dogs continued barking more badly in the room opposite side of our second room. I also found some poop with animal-like hear on the wall. Dogs' barking echoed even at the front. We really don't understand why we had to change our rooms and the hotel offered another noisy room to us. We complained again. Then, we were offered the third room. In the third room, we found the most disgusting things, bathrobes with dried poop! Staff implied that we prepared the disgusting bathrobes. Ha? Really crazy hotel. In addition, the quality of the breakfast has gone down. (We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. ) In the past, staff asked if we want any coffee or cappuccino immediately. This time no one asked us.
The hotel manager claimed that they found 6 wet bathrobes in the room. DON'T TELL A LIE. I don't understand at all. At ant time, Only two bathrobes were in each room. No more. If not, show the evidence. We returned dirty bathrobes with poops to you. I don't know if it is true that no one complained to Dog noise. Do the right work as a hotel. If there is noise, eliminate it at your side. Don't humiliate a customer to excuse your lazy work. This is truly a bad example of lazy European services. Most of the time, we have experienced very nice European services so far. But this hotel is not a right place to enjoy very nice European services. Finally, the manager's interpretation of a bad review as a revenge shows lack of your professional capacity in a hotel business. A true professional would reconsider what's wrong with their business, and do Kaizen.

Great location 10mins walk from station and close to main area of city. Good interior very clean. Small Gym good for cardio… no weights machines. Rooms were great, very clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Location is wonderful, and the hotel is top class for the price. The clock theme is elegant, not overdone. It felt just like home away from home.
Breakfast options were a bit limited, but with great quality. By lack of any other thing to complain, I would say they could improve breakfast somewhat.

Good reception. Good breakfast. Spacious, clean room with nice furnishings. Water and sparkling water provided in room. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable seating areas in lobby areas.
Some rooms require stairs to access. Figuring out the light switches was a weird challenge. Coffee station did not have power so kettle had to be moved elsewhere to use.

The room as well as the hotel deco was very impressive, bed is very comfortable and Conseige staff are very helpful especially the restaurants recommended are extremely good !! Love the idea your hotel actually printed out the concerns I have previously when I interect with them.
