The room was nice and very clean, and I really appreciated that the towels were changed every day. The location is a plus: it’s a bit far from the city center, but it makes up for it with the proximity to the main railway station (easy to reach on foot) and a tram stop very close by (T2). The cappuccino at breakfast was excellent.
Breakfast was fine but nothing extraordinary. It was mostly carb-heavy (pastries and similar items) and the protein options felt limited. The selection of cheeses and cold cuts was quite small and mostly the same every day.
At night, you can hear the trains, so soundproofing could be improved. Also, a wider breakfast variety (especially more protein options and more rotation in cheeses and hams) would make it better.

The hotel is clean and orderly.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very welcoming and kind. There is a complimentary coffee/tea in the reception. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is very close to the train station - convenient for traveling outside of Florence. 15 to 20 minutes' walk or bus to reach the lively streets of Florence.

The staff was great! The room was spacious and clean.
The location was far from everything. The room had a total of three plugs and the air conditioning did not work well. The rooms are in desperate need of upgrade. The tv was old and could not connect to any streaming apps.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Room very spacious. Accessibility for Public Transport very excellent.
One morning when 2 black female housekeepers were arguing loudly that went on for quite sometime and only stopped when I popped my head out in the room. And i did not take long for them to continue their argument loudly again after a couple of minutes...very frustrating ( September 30 am)

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the location is excellent—close to the city center. If you’re driving to Florence, I highly recommend this hotel because it’s located outside the ZTL zone, so you won’t have to worry about accidentally entering restricted areas.
I also want to highlight the kindness of the reception staff. They are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. They welcomed every reasonable request and genuinely helped us explore Florence with great tips and suggestions.
What really stood out was how personal the service felt, staff remembered us the next day and even asked how our day went. I truly appreciated that.
Special thanks to the hotel manager, Maroun Tayar, a very respectful and decent man.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Florence comfortably and without stress.

Location is perfect. Close to central station, there is a tram line just outside the doors. Free tea, coffe, hot chocolate at the reception, good vending machine with stuff you want to buy.
