Location
The room had no air con and the heating was on full when we arrived. If you opened the windows to cool the room down it smelled of sewage. The shower was new but it flooded the bathroom every time you used it. It was extremely noisy you could hear people constantly flushing the toilets all night, talking, walking around. It literally sounded like they were in our room. It’s the worse hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and we checked out a night early, which I have never done in 25 years of travelling.

The staff did what they could as quickly as possible to address any concerns. The breakfast was convenient with decent selection. Highlight was the coffee and fresh orange juice. The location was great!
Area is noisy at night. Air-conditioning was not accessible, not the hotels fault, it's a municipal ordinance, but windows needed to be opened in order to make the room more comfortable which let the mosquitoes in. Florence has lots of scents, which we also got to experience did to the open windows. Lost hot water one day, but they fixed it as soon as they could.

Hotel is within walking distance to major attractions. Room is clean and comfortable. There were wide variety of food and fruit to choose from at the breakfast. Waiters made wonderful coffee.

Great location close to the city center. The staff were consistently polite and helpful across all departments – reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the option to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out.
The room felt somewhat outdated, the soundproofing was poor, and it took quite a while for the hot water to come through.
