I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent very close to the train station and also just a short walk from the Duomo. The rooms are extremely clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. They also offered free luggage storage, which was very convenient.

Staff was very friendly and communicative. The location also is amazing, walking distance to train station and duomo.
the only thing didn't really like is that when flushing the toilet, it takes time before we can flush again. but other than that, everything else was great.

My friend and I had a two nights stay at the property. The hotel is centrally located, near to Florence train station, market and nearby attractions. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. The host, Andrea is very kind and helpful. We stored our luggage there after check out in the morning and returned in the afternoon to pickup. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Location is great for a short stay (we were in Florence for one night ). It's on a busy street, but easy access\ walkable to main attractions. Even though we arrived early , the staff accommodated us with an early check in. Our rooms were ready in a short time, which was greatly appreciated.
The water temperature in the shower was very hot, unable to regulate at the tap.

The hotel's location was pretty good, it is only 7 minute walk from galleria dell'accademia. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
