Great location in the city centre, near railway station. Great view from the room. It was good choice to stay for 2 nights, and for solo traveller.
For me was difficult at first find the building, because I used google maps. So if use map of bookings it would be better.

location very good, nice to have 24 hr concierge, stayed at three hotels in different cities this was only one that did not have breakfast, not able to get coffee at the desk if it was too early but there is a cafe across the street.

Great location and is just a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms are cleaned every day with new towels every 3 days. Beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Price is also very good.

Room was clean, small fridge in the room, very close to the town centre, all the facilities are close: train station, tram, bus . A lot of restaurants and mercato centrale very close. I was pleasantly impressed.
Tourist needs to be very careful at their back pack, very high risk of robbery, the streets are crowded .

Quite, clean, very close to the centre of the city and the train station, kind and supportive personnel .
It is not that i don't like. It is just a proposal. A phone device in the room, to communicate with the reception, in case of emergency.

We liked that the place is close to the station, and few mins walk to the touristy spots, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, lovely and very helpful staff especially Andrea! They also keep your room tidy everyday and change your towels after 3 days, there is also fridge, dryer, safety box, there is also enough space for you to workout your luggages, and your shopping items, we had a double room and the bed is comfortable. If you also want to leave your luggage they also offer that which is good for people coming in early for check-in rather than leave it in a luggage storage. Will definitely recommend.
Probably a bit loud since there was no AC we had to open the windows the hotel is beside the road you can hear cars, motorcycle passing and people chatting with their loud voices in the middle of the night but other than that no complains.

Tiny bathroom where everything was cramped, the room was too warm and even with the windows closed, there was still a lot of outside noise.
