The staff were absolutely lovely! The manager surprised me with a sweet birthday card and offered us drinks to celebrate — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The breakfast was amazing as well, and the team there were so friendly and hospitable. They truly made our stay feel special!

Wonderful
The room was small but perfectly functional and comfortable. There were many design touches I appreciated. The windows could be opened, light switches were thoughtfully placed and actuated with authority. The heated towel racks were a really nice touch. The quality of the linens was excellent as was their turndown. Breakfast is available for 20 euro but, if you are a breakfast eater like I am, it was nice to have.
It’s about 1.5 km from central Florence. It’s an easy, flat walk along the shore of the Arno to get there. So, if you don’t mind walking, the location is a less pricey option than being in the center of Florence.

It is located close to many wonderful sites and walking along the Arno. The rooftop bar/restaurant is the best place to start the day and to relax in the evening. The staff is great.

This classic Italian style hotel is not far from the train station but a 20min walk from the center. Newly renovated so rooms are fresh and facilities nice. Staff kind and breakfast surprisingly good for being Italy with fresh omelettes being made to order.
Its a bit of a walk from center of the city and maybe missing a coffee machine in the room.

Loved the breakfast staff. Always made sure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and the code flowed.We were upgraded to a larger which was really comfortable. The view from the roof was fantastic. Eleven minutes from the train stazione..

The terrace on the roof had a spectacular view.
The deluxe room felt a little cramped. There was only one good chair for sitting in. The air conditioning was hard to adjust. Breakfast is not included.

We were in Florence for 3 days as tourists. The Hotel Kraft was a great place to stay for several reasons. The best feature of the Hotel is the Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. We met friends staying at the Hotel on the Rooftop Bar every afternoon for cocktails. The staff is very friendly and the views of the city are amazing. Complimentary snacks are brought to the table each time we were there, and the drink menu and quality of drinks were outstanding. Breakfast is served at the same location every morning which was very good. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. You can easily walk to many dining choices and the shopping and tourist destinations are also within walking distance.
The English speaking choices on the television are limited to 3 news stations. It would be nice if the option to log in to the travelers own Netflix or other App based entertainment was an option.

Rooftop pool was really nice. Wonderful room with big balcony and beautiful bathroom.
Service was a mixed bag. Front desk staff at check-in not too friendly, but staff at check out were amazing and helpful. Bar service was okay, again some servers very nice and others seemed irritated.

The room was fantastic for the price. It's location is a quick 10-15 minute walk from the main train station. The pool and bar were beautiful and the drinks were incredible. The staff were very kind and helpful. Its a short scooter a bike ride from main attractions. We felt very comfortable there.
The mini bar was a bit too pricy and could've used some American channels or a way to connect my ipad to the tv.

Hotel is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood jut outside of the main area- a walk away, it is clean, rooms were decent sized. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

It’s a beautiful hotel, with an old charm together with modern convenience. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable size, even for a family of four. Nice balcony. Would come back again…
I wish the hours of the pool, gym and spa were extended, start earlier and finish later.
