The hotel is in a great location. The room was big and comfortable. Paying extra for a balcony was worth every penny. The rooftop pool added a great dimension and was perfect to relax for a while at the end of the day.
Nothing that we didn’t like but for the price think breakfast should be included as standard.

Fantastic friendly staff who were welcoming from the start, breakfast was great with lots to choose from with an amazing view to look at.
We enjoyed the views daily when swimming in the pool but the most impressive element was the staff they were so attentive, helpful and friendly.
On our last day it was my husband’s birthday so we made him wear a badge and the manager laughed and commented that he had 2 more years to go and he brought Prosecco and a funny cappuccino capturing the moment, it really made his day.

The hotel was amazing! The roof top area was absolutely stunning and so beautiful! The cleanness of the hotel was incredible. It’s a little gem of a hotel

Everything, great location away from the busy tourist area but easy to walk into town. Pool is amazing, what an incredible view. Beds were comfortable, staff were so helpful… we will be back
I’m being picky here but the shower was very slippery, that is my only criticism.

Excellent facilities with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is ideal, a 15 minute stroll to the Duomo and Florence centre yet a very quiet location. The rooftop pool is a welcome bonus in the summer. We had a problem with our toilet and it was sorted within 10 minutes of us contacting the reception team. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a meal in the hotel restaurant, which served delicious Tuscan food and had an excellent selection of Italian wines. This was our third stay in the hotel and we will be staying there again when we return to Florence in future.
The air conditioning was a little noisy but that is being picky.
