The view from the rooftop was amazing.great food from the restaurant. Nice staff and Close enough to the centre.
No soundproofing. The noise of the rooms all around us dragging the chairs on the tiled floor at all hours was a nightmare. Barely slept at all in 2 days. It was like being in the middle of a brass band. Every time the German guy next door coughed, it was like he was in the room with us..There’s a building site down the road that’s probably a quieter place to sleep.!

Great hotel in easy walking distance to Florence centre. Fabulous breakfast and dining balcony with spectacular views over Florence. Good size rooftop pool. Nice breakfast choices. Great and attentive staff. Beds and doonas were divine.
Pool was not crystal clean.

Everything about this stay was amazing! The cleanliness of the room itself was outstanding, we would get new sheets and towels every single day, sometimes twice a day. Only a 20 minute walk to the center of Florence, & 10 minute walk to the train station. The rooftop is a stunning place to hangout and the views from the pool were amazing, restaurant was also wonderful! No complaints about this stay!

Everything was exceptional, the welcome, the staff, their help, etc. Super high standard of service and cleanliness. Breakfast and the bar amazing views and amazing service. bar staff the best you can ask for. no complaints. just the best and worth the money.

This is a stunning hotel. I will be recommending it to all of my friends and family. We felt very lucky to have found it. The room was exceptional and the bar and restaurant on the roof were really special. The staff were all thoroughly professional and friendly. I would stay here again, no question.

Clean, beautiful, better than in the pictures, superb terrace with a view to Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio and the hills, nice pool, extremely professional staff, wonderful restaurant recommendation, silent, cool room, walkable distance to the city center outside of the tourist crowds, good breakfast.

Hotel Kraft is a lovely property located in a quiet area that's not too far from the old center. The reception on the day of our arrival was excellent, and the staff provided impeccable service, particularly Mauro on the day of our check-out. The cleaning staff also did an outstanding job. The breakfast area had a friendly atmosphere, and the staff working there created a relaxed vibe. The view from their roof terrace restaurant is superb.
The storage in the wardrobe could be improved with shelves, and it could be a bonus to check the showers (the door did not close well so water leaked onto the ground).
