Exceptional
Hotel Kraft offers a big-city four star hotel experience in a relatively small hotel off the beaten track. Its staff are exceptional, and the rooftop restaurant is sublime. Our clean, quiet room had a little painted fresco on the ceiling, part of the attention to detail that is evident throughout. The rooftop pool is open until 9pm, and you can go up there (when it's open) when you like rather than having to book in. The view from the roof - a panorama of Florence - is, of course, absolutely stunning.
It's a shame that such a wonderful hotel is in such a grotty part of town. While not a complaint, the swimming pool is surprisingly small (though big enough for several people to enjoy it at once).

It was great to have the pool given the hot weather we experienced. Restaurant and view was amazing. Location is good. Just a little out from the busy town centre. Perfect walking distance.

The property was beautiful. About a 17 minute walk to the duomo which we really enjoyed. We loved our walk in and out of the centre and enjoyed being away from all the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and nice and clean. Pool was good, just got very busy as we got extremely hot weather during our stay. All staff at the property were super friendly & helpful.

Beautiful,stylish hotel. We had a large room with balcony which was first class. Pool area was lovely to relax and cool off after sightseeing. Breakfast restaurant with roof top terrace was fabulous with amazing views. Room was immaculately clean and all staff were lovely. Breakfast restaurant manager and bar man were a pleasure to meet …very friendly but also very professional.

It’s a beautiful hotel, with an old charm together with modern convenience. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable size, even for a family of four. Nice balcony. Would come back again…
I wish the hours of the pool, gym and spa were extended, start earlier and finish later.

Staff were friendly and helpful, All area's were spotlessly clean, view from the terrace restaurant was amazing. Location was just a 15 min walk to most of the attractions.
Pool area could be at times very crowded, but there again during our stay temperatures were in high 30's reaching 40 degrees one day. therefore a bit too hot for sightseeing.

Everything! Location was in a quiet part of the city away from the train station and within a 15 min walk down the River from ponte vecchio. Staff very friendly

Nice breakfast and location. Front desk was very helpful. Pool on the roof which is a nice way to cool off after a day of walking and sightseeing. Rooftop is nice for a nightcap too.
