Very Good
This classic Italian style hotel is not far from the train station but a 20min walk from the center. Newly renovated so rooms are fresh and facilities nice. Staff kind and breakfast surprisingly good for being Italy with fresh omelettes being made to order.
Its a bit of a walk from center of the city and maybe missing a coffee machine in the room.

Great location - 15min from Duomo, clean rooms and building, varied restaurant menu, great buffet breakfast, attentive staff and service, heated outdoor pool on roof, great views from the rooftop and bar prices competitive.
Unfortunately, they can’t help with the weather, so to avoid the rain (20-24th Oct) the spa was a little disappointing.

The room was very large and had 2 bathrooms. Had everything we needed as a family. The staff were so helpful and friendly would definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was lovely and we had chance to go in the pool.on the roof top. Was fab. There was nothing not to like about Hotel Kraft

Loved the breakfast staff. Always made sure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and the code flowed.We were upgraded to a larger which was really comfortable. The view from the roof was fantastic. Eleven minutes from the train stazione..

The terrace on the roof had a spectacular view.
The deluxe room felt a little cramped. There was only one good chair for sitting in. The air conditioning was hard to adjust. Breakfast is not included.

The room was very spacious with a marble bathroom and a balcony which had the sun all afternoon until the sun set, a perfect time of the day to unwind and enjoy a few glasses of wine. Although the rooftop pool was a great place to catch the sunset after a swim in the heated pool. The restaurant and bar also on the roof has an extended patio area which was great in the mornings to have breakfast overlooking Florence while the sun shone on all the famous landmarks. Dinner in the restaurant was very good with a great team, also the breakfast was very good too. All in all a great place to stay in Florence, a quiet area near the river and about a ten minute walk to the centre.
No free bottled water in the room.

Fabulous views from the roof terrace, lovely to have a cocktail watching the sunset or the moon over the landmarks of the city. Enjoyed the heated roof top pool. Very comfortable beds, lovely room and balcony. Quiet at night as it's off the main road.
Helpful friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and return.
We visited in October and one of the days was raining and really cold. We couldn't turn on the heating or the heated towel rail at any point during our stay. Was told at reception that the heating is not switched on until 1st November, until then only the air con is available. This is a high quality hotel and for the price you pay to stay there you really should be allowed to use the heating if you are cold - and use the towel rail to dry towels and swimsuits ( as the pool is open all year round). It would not stop me returning but maybe I'd book after 1st November.....

Fantastic location - easily walkable to all the main attractions and near the river, but in a quiet part of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the bar and the roof terrace (gorgeous views).
We had a triple room and there was more than enough space for the three of us. Beds and the shower were excellent.

Excellent location - 9 minutes walk to Florence station and 20 to city centre - near banks of Arno River. Clean, comfortable, good facilities. Lovely buffet breakfast choices on rooftop restaurant with excellent views of cityscape.

Great front of house areas and the level 5 restaurant was amazing as were the staff that worked there.
Bedrooms were a little tired and the shower being above the bath not ideal. It was a bit further out of town than we thought and a 20 minute walk to the city centre.
