Location good. Not too far from any of the areas we wanted to visit
Shower head in our room did not work properly and wanted to eat at hotel and told all tables reserved. If I stay here I should be able to eat here without reservation

Centrally located with nice amenities; you can get essentially everywhere in the city on foot. The pool was perfectly warm and inviting with a gorgeous view of the city. Service was on point and was appreciated at the end of a trek on foot around Florence and hiking the bell tower. The restaurant was also great. Great food, views and people.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t appreciate.

The staff was lovely and most helpful. Igor was great! The breakfast had a great variety and you can get eggs cooked to your liking, in addition to the daily buffet. We particularly liked the location as it a block from the river, a 10 min. walk to the train station & tram from the airport and yet a very quiet, residential neighborhood. We found that welcoming after a day of activities.
The elevator was not working consistently, and they did have workers there to fix it. The only miss for me was the lack of a robe in the room.

This was our second time to stay at the Kraft in Florence. While it is a little on the fringe of the city it is quiet, clean and has a spectacular roof top bar and has a fantastic breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. The staff are polite, friendly, and professional.
I would recommend the Kraft and would stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to beautiful Florence.

We chose the hotel for proximity to Santa Maria novella station. In reality it’s a 8 minute walk and with suitcases - meh- not so easy. We did it but would consider a) your ‘fitness’ to walk 1/2 mile or so with luggage b) weather - heat/rain and c) how much luggage you have. A pull along carry on size is very different from a large suitcase and hand luggage.
Staff were exceptional - friendly knowledgable and kind. The breakfast was also very impressive. Beautiful cappuccino and non dairy milks on offer. Eggs/pastries/fruit/cheese and cold meats. It was a buffet that far exceeds the breakfast buffets at most comparable hotels in the US.
As many guests noted the rooftop dining area is a highlight. Open in evenings for dinner or just a night cap - wonderful views of the city at night. And open for breakfast.
Pool is small and there are only enough seats for 20 or so people so when we went up there we couldn’t sit and left.
Rooms are spacious - not luxurious but clean and comfortable and we were only staying one night so was all good.

gym was good, but couldn't use until 9 am which is an issue, but they let me in as long as I didn't use the treadmill. Breakfast was excellent. we loved the location because we didn't want something in the center of town. pool is quite small, couldn't tell from the pictures. staff was very friendly
the room was very very small. it seem a bit much for almost 500 USD.

Wonderful
Location was extremely convenient. Walk distance from the train station and from tourism attractions. Breakfast was spectacular. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. Pool was warm in April. The view of Firenze was superb ! Specially at the sunset time.
The fitness' room needs some improviment.

We love the location and the amazing service! Loved the food and roof top pool! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms perfect for our group! The breakfast every morning was wonderful! Roberto and his staff so lovely and inviting always remember us!

It was clean and Aesthetically pleasing
Location around the property is dirty getting to the tourist locations which is crazy because it’s near a military compound and USA consulate.
Hot water was janky at best
Ac is locked out at 20 and never once did we see or feel it blow and the lobby is a sauna…..even if locked out allow fan speed or put fans in rooms
Under the dining room I could hear everything from about 0700-2300 at night.
You can hear everything in the stairwell
No smart tv is crazy for an expensive hotel in 2026.
Wi-Fi was horrible in and out all day and night.

Excellent hotel near the city center. It's a quiet area, just a 15-20 minute walk from the city center.
Comfortable beds, excellent rooms with balconies. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the breakfast was great.

The location is very close to the river, which provides a beautiful & scenic walk to the city center. It’s located in a quiet part of the city so I was able to sleep well, which is so important when you are traveling. I thought the staff was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again.

The restaurant and outside rooftop seating area offers stunning views of the city. The service and quality of the food served is excellent as well. My own first floor room also had a lovely balcony which provided a view of The Arno. I loved the hotel when I came ten years ago, and it lived up to my memories!

Hotel rooms and baths were nice and clean. Breakfast is a must do!!! Such a variety of different things to choose from. Best thing was the rooftop view during breakfast! Staff was wonderful as well. I will definitely go back to stay!!❤️
Only negative is the size of the elevator and only because we had a baby and stroller.
