Beautiful roof to and large room. Staff helpful when I forgot an item. Check in easy and water dispenser in hallway. Parking reasonable through the hotel and nearby.

Really good breakfast. Quiet and our room had a nice balcony.
Location was perfect for us as we were only staying 1 night and is close to the train station. Bit far from the centre of Florence if you want to visit main attractions.

The pool was great, room was clean. The bartender was very nice and friendly.
Felt there should be a better explanation of difference in bar area and restaurant. I could get pizza in the bar area , but could not order it int he restaurant area.

We enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace. The bar service was excellent and the beds are comfy.
The pool closes early and then they don't allow people on the terrace at night which is extremely disappointing given that most people book this place for the view of Florence. Also, our AC would shut off every time we left the room and removed our key card. We requested another key card so we could leave the AC running while we were out. Even then, the room was almost too hot to be able to sleep comfortably but I understand that's normal when it's over 100 degrees outside.

The hotel was clean and beautiful.The room was comfortable and relaxing. The workers were all very kind and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant was fantastic. We ate breakfast and dinner there and the food was great. We also enjoyed the bar when the weather was extremely hot. We were able to meet family and a friend at our hotel and that was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful with finding activities that were important to the guest. Warmth of staff to guests is the reason we return to accommodations. Roberto in the 5th floor bar area is a perfect example.

Love the Resturant upstairs breakfast at the pool. Pretty short, walking distance to all the major attractions. With Roberto upstairs opening in the kitchen for us early for breakfast and Igor getting us a cab and helping us with our luggage was have to say pretty awesome.
I loved every moment out of it with the staff and the facility.

All the staff were so helpful but Igor was a standout! He guided us in so many ways and he was so gracious! We truly felt at home.
Minor comment is that air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit in the overnights, but otherwise it was fine.

Wonderful ambience and comfortable large rooms. Light and bright with everything we needed. We also loved the staff, particularly Igor who gave us several great recommendations and was very genuine. We loved the rooftop terrace. Gorgeous view.
Could have used some darkening curtains. Was a bit bright in the mornings.

Location good. Not too far from any of the areas we wanted to visit
Shower head in our room did not work properly and wanted to eat at hotel and told all tables reserved. If I stay here I should be able to eat here without reservation

Centrally located with nice amenities; you can get essentially everywhere in the city on foot. The pool was perfectly warm and inviting with a gorgeous view of the city. Service was on point and was appreciated at the end of a trek on foot around Florence and hiking the bell tower. The restaurant was also great. Great food, views and people.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t appreciate.

The staff was lovely and most helpful. Igor was great! The breakfast had a great variety and you can get eggs cooked to your liking, in addition to the daily buffet. We particularly liked the location as it a block from the river, a 10 min. walk to the train station & tram from the airport and yet a very quiet, residential neighborhood. We found that welcoming after a day of activities.
The elevator was not working consistently, and they did have workers there to fix it. The only miss for me was the lack of a robe in the room.

This was our second time to stay at the Kraft in Florence. While it is a little on the fringe of the city it is quiet, clean and has a spectacular roof top bar and has a fantastic breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. The staff are polite, friendly, and professional.
I would recommend the Kraft and would stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to beautiful Florence.
