There is not really anything very negative to say about the hotel. Location is good though a little out from the centre, view from roof terrace is very impressive, staff are great, rooms are large and well done, everything is newly refurbished. The pool is heated in the "Winter" to 30 degrees centigrade, very nice. Winter is roughly the end of september. Italians wear coats when it is 25 degrees outside, we wear shorts and t-shirts :) Photos are taken from the roof terrace.
Tricky, i suppose it would have been nice if it was a couple of hundred yards nearer the centre, though that really isn't a big deal. It's not the cheapest hotel in the area though you do get what you pay for.

Very Good
All the staff were very nice, and the rooftop bar restaurant and pool area is exceptional. Great views, drink, and food menu. Perfect for a drink, lunch or dinner with Sunset views.
Also, the beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The room was a little noisy and not very large but overall a good experience. Also close to Most of the top sites to see in Florence.

Staff was so professional and accommodating, comfy beds and very spacious rooms. Our favorite part was the breakfast buffet with incredible views. My kids loved the rooftop pool as well
Not centrally located. Walking through to the main piazzas was a little rough areas on some streets. Stick to the road by the river and it feels safer

The location was pretty good, the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were very clean, nothing to criticize here
The pool area was very tired and the pool itself very old. It was extremely hot when we stayed in Florence so we use the pool regardless, but to be honest, I think the whole area needs a major upgrade, particularly given the pricing point of this hotel. Also not being able to have a salad by the pool and being forced to go downstairs to eat the salad and then come back up to use the pool on an extremely hot day was not conducive to a positive hang by the pool experience.

The hotel overall was very nice, with an amazing view over Fiorenza from the rooftop

Gorgeous decor which made it feels very high end. We loved the rooftop pool and bar - a real sanctuary in the city allowing us to have a mix of site seeing and relaxing.

We stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff were excellent, food was great, and the 360 view from rooftop pool was perfect. We got upgraded to a balcony which was a lovely touch and made our stay even more special.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was big and comfortable. Paying extra for a balcony was worth every penny. The rooftop pool added a great dimension and was perfect to relax for a while at the end of the day.
Nothing that we didn’t like but for the price think breakfast should be included as standard.
