Very nice staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Near train station (<10 min bt walking).
We could not control or adjust the air conditioning / the temperature of the room.

Friendly staff, good enough location, hotel vibes. Tasty breakfast, parking in a garage nearby
Average walking distance of 20-25 mins to city center sometimes with a kid was a bit too much but we knew this already before and chose the average priced parking option compared to hotels near the city the center

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice location with a 15 minute walk into the city center. I would definitely choose to stay in this neighborhood again.
The only negative was that the walls in the bathroom were a bit dirty. There were spots of an unknown substance and a smashed mosquito on the bathroom wall that could have been easily removed if the room was cleaned thoroughly.

I did not choose a room with breakfast; however, I had the chance to try it, and it was really good.
I want to highlight the high quality of the hotel, the rooms, and the shared spaces. The hygiene and cleanliness were excellent, the room was absolutely immaculate.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well designed. I expect to be in Florence again in 2026, and I will definitely book at Hotel Jane once more.
Customer service was excellent, and the ladies at the front desk were professional and very kind.

Service is wonderful.
Breakfast was limited but tasted decent. Rooms and bathroom are really small and walls are paper thin. Room is like 20x20, maybe and bed (full which supposed to be Queen) isn’t 5 feet in width.

Clean, staff, location however most importantly the breakfast is well worth the money, you absolutely should include it when booking.
I still feel it is overpriced, I realize it’s Florence but really.

Was clean , close to historic place, close to shopping place, a lot of small stores was around
The parking was located a bit far from the hotel, there were no slippers available in the room, and unfortunately, most of the nearby shops closed quite early, around 6 PM

Super helpful and friendly staff. They were always available to help us. Great breakfast. On the last day we had to leave very early in the morning and they even offered to prepare a breakfast-bag for us.
