The location was really nice. Not in the middle of the busy tourist central. Lots of local restaurants shops, cafes, and grocery store.
The included breakfast was really not worth the extra charge; we skipped it after a couple of days. We found a local Cafe instead.

Very comfortable accommodation in a residential area of Florence easily walkable from the centre. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful and all our needs were catered for. Our room was small for a standard double, but had sufficient storage space and a good shower room plus air conditioning, fridge, tv and safe so the size wasn't an issue. Rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet breakfast was excellent and a highlight of the stay with plenty of choice including cooked options plus a range of hot drinks & juices. We would definitely stay again when we return to Florence (hopefully before too long!)
The shower sometimes took a while to heat up but really this wasn't a problem - overall the facilities were excellent and the room well priced.

The room was cleaned daily by the staff, the hotel was nearby the bus station and easy to access the train station. Good and varied breakfast.

I loved that the staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is located in an area where you have everything you need, and it's close to the center, but not close enough so that it is quiet and pleasant.
The breakfast was amazing, very diverse and delicious. The matress and pillows are very good quality and comfortable. The sheets were soft and I loved that.

The people that works there is the best, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean comfortabme and beautifull, exaclty like the pictures! Matilde was awesome!
