The property was very lovely and clean. We had a beautiful view of the city which we loved. Location was good we just walked everywhere.

Small modern hotel in Florence. Modern and very clean. Location is right outside the historical area so it’s a 5-10 walk to get to any amenities. Staff was very friendly with a receptionist always available.
The rooms are split between two different towers. Getting to your room from the elevator is confusing as you have to walk through several corridors and go up and down stairs on different levels. Can be a big pain if you have luggage.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was very small and uncomfortable for two people and not worth the price. Also, there are better locations in Santa Croce that are not far from the beaten path so to speak that are of better value.

Location is Perfect, you can do anything walking distance. The place is beautiful, super clean and with a chic look.Breakfast room also very beautiful and lots of choice to choose from. Great staff always super helpfull.

The location was good.
The room was too expensive for what we got. They said the higher price was for balcony and bed??? Balcony was tiny and overlooked construction and the bed was a king but not that comfortable nor were the pillows. The noise level during day was bad as there was construction and at night it seemed like a race trac with all the motor bikes and cars. I put on a rain sound on my phone to try to sleep and the car sounds were still there. The breakfast was just ok, typical European breakfast. Extra eggs or omlett cost more. It should not be rated s 4 star.
