Couldn't ask for a better location. It is right next to the station and within 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral di Santa Maria de Fiore. They were very accommodating. Let us check in early since our room was almost ready. We had one of the top rooms so it was quite spacious and like the sunlight from the rooftop. It's nice.
The only complaint would be the small and slow elevator. Although we didn't use it much other than when we needed to get our luggages up and down.

The location is perfect. Close to the station so very comfortable if travel with luggage. The city itself is very walkable so it’s easy to reach most attractions by walking. The place is very clean with a small lift. Male staff very welcoming and helpful. Good size bed for 1 person. TV in English on some channels.
The room is a bit suffocating even it’s during winter Christmas break. I have to open the window all the time. There’s no kettle in the room so you have to go to breakfast room for everything. Also, there should be a sign somewhere inside that the reception is on 1st floor.

Location is great, near train station. Nice newly renovated room. Friendly staff. Free drinks in the fridge.
The front of the hotel looks confusing with constructions on the side. Lift is old-styled, very small and very slow. Found some hairs left in the bathroom.

Comfortable room even though it was small. Location was amazing in that it was close to the tram and train. Very clean and new.
Didn’t have an entry code so I waited on the hot sidewalk until someone came out. Couldn’t find the check in counter. Screwed around on the tiny elevator for ages with a giant suitcase. Noisy family next door kept me up for hours. The walls are paper thin. Hard to figure out how to get help from the hotel. Eventually I got a message to the staff through Booking.com and I think they responded quickly and the family quieted down.

Staff are nice and very accommodating and pleasant. Location is perfect for touring the city. Mostly walkable to areas of interest. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
Bathroom needs more shelves for toiletries, towel rails. Wash basin too small. Needs kettle in the room.

1. Location - very close to the train station, walkable from most of the tourist places in the city
2. Very friendly staff. Special callout to Francesco at the reception - gave me some tips when I was going too early to the train station for travel to Rome. Being new to the country, I was not aware that I can wait comfortably in a lounge at the train station until he informed me.
1. Very limited breakfast options - everything just packed. At least cooked eggs, cereal & milk if available, would have further enhanced the experience - but this is a minor point as a scope for improvement. I would stay at this place another time too
2. Would have loved it if the room was slightly larger in size :-)
