The staff were very helpful to all our needs. Gloria at the front desk helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Even though it was away from the tourist attractions, the bus 14 was very convenient getting to and fro .The breakfast was also very good.

Well it was generally great. Staff lovely.
Room on the small side. Pool not included. Neither was breakfast. Worst thing was the other guests who thought it fine to talk loudly in the small hours of the morning in the corridor. You shouldn't need to, but would say notices in the corridors might help.

This was my first time in Florence and I have to say I was truly impressed with the hotel. From its excellent location and the perfectly organized parking area, which is always well lit, to the room that welcomed us every day clean and tidy.
The pleasant terrace connected to the room made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always extremely kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed.
Everything was very well organized and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we have the opportunity to visit Florence again.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Firenze. We were celebrating my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. When we returned to our room in the evening, I found a thoughtful birthday gift and a balloon waiting for me — such a touching surprise that truly made my day. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming, and every detail was handled with genuine care. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return on my next visit to Florence.
