Very Good
If you come to Firenze by car, it is great that the parking is secured, however it is priced at 25 eur per day. The room was comfortable with the balcony and spacious shower. Breakfast is good, wide selection of salty and sweet food. It is 30min walk to Firenze center, and bus line 14 is nearby.
The amount of EUR 25 for parking per day. Also, the pool is paid seperately in the amount of EUR 20 for 90 minutes. The hotel room walls are thin and you can hear everything happening on the corridor or above or below you. The AC was impossible to regulate (to turn off completely) without the assistance from the reception by remote control.

Not much.
It was fairly clean but thats about it.
The hotel looks like an old hotel and it is far from city center . Rooms are below average with a very uncomfortable bed. Walls are thin and everything around can be heard when people are moving around and is very difficult to sleep.
Spa is falsely advertised and it does not look even close to what the pictures shows.
There are no shops , restaurants or supermarkets anywhere close to this hotel.
I would not reccomend this hotel i am certainly not choosing it again.

Beautiful, clean and very big rooms. We stay in a house room. Very friendly reception desk and very helpful. The spa center was good.
Wi-Fi was hard to connect and reconnect again. A password only should be okay. The location is far from center to go by foot. Also the location doesn't have a lot of parking spots so the hotel's parking should be free or less pricy.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center in a quiet area. The room was always clean. The breakfast is plentiful.
Our room was on the ground floor near the reception. Next to the cleaning supplies store and the toilet, it was very noisy in the mornings.

We had two rooms booked and one of the rooms was a great size! Quite modern hotel, the bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Got bus 14A from Florence train station and it took us very near the hotel, the closest bus station is a couple of minutes walk which was very handy.
The fan in our bathroom wasn't working, which meant after a shower it'd get really steamy, so I couldn't use the mirror to get ready. Also the fridge wasn't working in our room.

Location and staff, especially Lorenzo who was so helpful and sweet. Taking photos of us , finding chargers, booking restaurants. . He is a big asset to the hotel .
