The view from the room and near the elevators. The had parking space for car, that was nice, though it is not free. Big TV. Delicious breakfast. Air conditioning. Bathroom was neat. They had good and clear cleaning policy, where you could opt out of cleaning for that time and praised for saving environment, because of the chemicals that are used in washing/cleaning every day.
Bed was making noises. A big far from center ~2km if going on foot. Buses were late and overcrowded at few times. Some other noises at night were coming from the walls, but I guess it was from ventilation shaft or elevator or something similar.

This hotel is not in the "town center." I believe our goal was near the train station, which it was. The facilities were clean and comfortable.
The hotel is obviously a bit older. Otherwise, it was as expected for price point.

Close to Nelson Mandela forum, so we could walk to and from the concert we were in town to see. Parking on site was helpful.
It was a bit loud - our room was located near an elevator and the doors were far from soundproof.

My experience was average, Room was huge but facilities didn't make it comfortable
It was mentioned in the details of the hotel that all rooms have air conditioning. However, after I checked in, I realized that the AC is placed in another room, which is far from the bed. The reception informed me the central one in the bedroom can't be turned on, and as a consequence, the room was super hot and humid, which made sleeping there very uncomfortable.

Loved the hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly, room was extremely clean, the bathroom included a bath and rainfall shower (also very clean), the breakfast buffet choice was excellent, and the affiliated restaurant next door (Jazz Bistrot - JB7) served delicious food and well priced Prosecco. All in all - perfecto!

Proximity to concert venue - however 30 minute walk in rain when taxi was said to be late
Felt like a dorm room with twin beds - very plain for the price.

Spa did not have hot and cold healing showers - only cold
Waterfall shower in spa was plugged but you had to walk through cold nasty water to get to the pool.
Water jets in pool only stayed on for 10-15 seconds - had to reset them - just gave up

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Grifone for two nights.
Greeted by a friendly and competent staff.
Quiet. Around the corner from a bus stop and an excellent bakery. The Spa was a wonderful addition to relax in at the end of the day. Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was generous and offered lots of choice.

Very helpful staff - friendly, professional, well-informed and supportive. Very tasty breakfast with a decent selection (not astonishing but okay). The rooms were tidy with a cleaner coming each day.
WiFi in the room worked fine (but there is no cell phone signal and no WiFi in the gym by the way - download your music in advance).
The AC Fiorentina football stadium is not far, some 20 min walk.
Noise from other rooms and corridors. Not that other guests were particularly noisy, but there was absolutely no sound insulation so any door closed in the corridor feels like it is right next to your ear. I strongly recommend ear plugs. If there were noisy guests the stay would become a nightmare.
The city center is quite far: 30 min on a crowded bus (the stops are close to the hotel) or some 45 min walk if you are fit and make no stops on the way
The gym is nearly useless- 5 machines, one was non-functional, 2 poorly maintained and close to a breakdown.

first was location of the hotel, it was closely located near firenze, had good parking space, there is a jazz restaurant just around the corner, which was also quite a good for drink and food. overhaul the room was clean, bed was comfortable, staffs are very friendly, enjoyed staying at the hotel.
