Hotel was only a 7 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute stroll into the centre of Florence.
The staff were friendly and Marco was very helpful with something we needed.
The WiFi was terrible and we ended up using our own 5G connection.

Disappointing
Room cleanliness and friendly staff, that’s about it.
The hotel is very old; in 2026 they don’t even have a detachable shower in the bathroom. The elevator was dirty, and the furniture is very outdated. I didn’t feel comfortable at all—I preferred to stay out most of the time rather than be in the room. Also, I paid almost 500 euros for these facilities, which is a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I gave it a 5 only out of leniency.

The staff was very nice. The room was nice even though the decoration is a bit old. Breakfast was good.
There was a bath in the bathroom but nothing to close it to keep the water inside to enjoy a bath.
The walls are thin so you hear the traffic of the street outside.

Breakfest was excellent, from all the coffee's to the cakes, cornettos,yogurt,toast, cereals, sandwiches, eggs,etc.
Outdated rooms, carpeting in hallway.
Bathroom shower dirty, black mold on caulking and dirty frame on outside.

Great location, close to a tram stop, main railway station and town centre. Bath towels were nice and fluffy
On site parking is limited and we had to park over the road. To be fair, the parking limitation is explained during the booking process. Shower was a bit cramped...hand held shower over the bath with no shower screen. These are minor issues with an otherwise pleasant stay.
