It’s a perfect place for a short trip to the city. Clean well located and the breakfast is healthy and varied. Staff helpful

The staff was very informative and friendly. Check in was easy and Jasmine is a gem!
She greeted us every day and gave us tips for travel and local sights.
The room was a good size and very clean. I really appreciated the amenities.
The best part of the hotel was the breakfast! It was wonderful. Mia and Ivy were our coffee baristas and it was the best way to start the day! When we visit again, we will definitely stay here again.

The staffs were all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast staffs were also excellent and provided great service! Location of the hotel was also very good. Convenient to everywhere. Many Chinese restaurants nearby! Overall an excellent stay!

My second stay at Hotel Globus was even better than the first — and it happened to be on my birthday!
Jasmine made me feel truly special with VIP treatment: a beautiful spacious room, and a thoughtful card with wine and chocolates waiting when I returned in the evening.
I was touched by the kindness and care — a perfect way to wrap up my journey. ?

I really enjoyed the convenient location, close to the station and the main attractions. My priorities were met — the room and linens were clean and comfortable. On top of that, the staff was friendly, especially Jasmin, who welcomed me warmly, answered my questions, and gave a great restaurant recommendation. I’ll definitely stay here again on my way back home.
There was a strong smell of cleaning product when I first arrived, which bothered me a bit, but fortunately it faded after a few hours. The room size was fine for me, though it might feel a bit small for others.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and breakfast was included. The staff was very welcoming and seemed genuinely to care about my well-being. My room was small but well equipped including tea making facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well designed and stocked with nice amenities. I was greeted in the morning by a welcome bag with cookies before I went down to breakfast. The breakfast was terrific with a large selection of breads, cereals, juice yoghurt, cheese, cold cuts--anything you could want purveyed by a friendly and efficient staff. I'd stay there again

The building and room are very modern and there is a good sized elevator for moving luggage. The room was nicely sized for 4 and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good, and the service from all the staff at breakfast was incredible and attentive.
There was no WiFi available in the room for the entire 3 day stay, which is honestly unacceptable. They informed us upon check in that the WiFi was down everywhere except in the lobby but they assured us it would be fixed soon. It never got fixed, which is a hassle for travelers with limited data plans which should be reserved for usage outside and not at accommodations that normally have WiFi. Also, the black wooden clothes hangers in the room stained the inside of one of my white blouses, and I informed the front desk who then told me I could send it down for laundering. I had to pay 6 euros and the stains didn't even fully come out, still being visible from the outside of the blouse. This one is minor, but the light switches in the room and bathroom are confusing and it would help to have instructions or labels for what switch turns on what light.

The premises are modern and clean. The staff was very helpful but the location, specifically, the street where the hotel is located is a bad neighborhood where to walk at night seems dangerous. I do not understand how you could recommend this hotel

Great location, lots of restaurants, shops and walking distance to all main points. Couple blocks from the train station. Staff is amazing, and helped us with recommendations, reservations and suggestions. Breakfast was very good, a mix of american and European cuisines. The hotel was really clean, room and bathroom were extremely clean. They would leave a surprise in the room for my kids every night and also left us the cutest note on the last night! I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff from front desk to maintenance to breakfast servers to housekeeping. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for food!
Rooms and bathrooms we stayed in were very small especially for husband who's over 6 feet.
