Nothing really
The property is old and run down and you can feel it when you enter the room with the windows all locked the grease coming out of the air vent and the tiny elevator that takes forever and only fits 1 person and 1 suitcase and the terrible breakfast served where I never even got my coffee

Its simple , modern , clean , great bathroom amenities and nearby leather market. Superb breakfast and very friendly team member . Whoever wanna come to Florence this is the best place to stay .you even have turndown amenities with hand written card wishing you have a wonderful stay .this is special touch that usually 5 star hotel will do it . Bravo Globus Urban Hotel.

I like that it was in close proximity to the train, duomo, stores to shop, cafes and restaurants. I was able to take the train from the airport and the walk was only about 10 minutes. The room was cleaned after the first night, staff was warm and friendly.
The breakfast could use some more options but I do understand its a boutique hotel. I was able to leave feeling full. There were eggs and fruits which met my needs.

It was very clean and quaint in a great way. Decor was great! The breakfast was awesome, bummed that I slept through it on the first day due to Jet lag. I think the best thing about the location was the amazing staff that was consistent from day to day and always eager to help you out. They were great at communicating, and they knew all sorts of things about the area and how to help you travel around. They can even book things for you if you ask them. They were just so nice and made you feel like they enjoyed being there and enjoyed helping you out.
I really have nothing to say here. Room sizes were small, but that's how it is when you're downtown in the big city. They did a great job of making good use of the space.

The entire staff was welcoming. Felt like home. Great breakfast. And the front desk host was very helpful with everything I needed. She recommended some great restaurants and mapped out my outings. It was fun like going on a treasure hunt through the streets of Florence. What a wonderful stay on my first trip to Italy.
