Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff, incredible facilities a few minutes from the main Florence attractions. Would recommend highly!

Location was walkable distance from train station, restaurants, and central market.
The rooms were comfortable with good storage facilities and areas to keep luggage from floor space.
Breakfast was really generous with a good selection of breakfast choices. Coffee was in hot flasks and Orange juice was concentrated.
Fresh orange juice and fresh coffee was available at, I believe, an added cost.
Tea and coffee facilities in room with no milk supplied.

Excellent central location close to main train station and direct tram line to and from airport. Florence indoor and outdoor markets very close by and easy walks to main attractions, good shopping and plenty of restaurant options. Hotel was very clean with modern simple rooms (comfortable bed and very well appointed bathroom), lovely rooftop area with pool and lounges (in use summer months), good breakfast included in a very pleasant dining room and all staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Location was great and the staff was so nice to upgrade our room and provide a bottle of wine for our anniversary!

Location is great, super near the train station and the Mercato and easy walk to the Duomo and other sites. Breakfast is excellent and staff very helpful. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy
The room was fine for a single person; 2 people might find it a wee small. There is only one place for a suitcase, and the closet is a little small. But keep in mind that most rooms in Florence are small

Hotel also close to the Basilica. ATM 15 feet from front door of hotel. Only room at time of booking was Junior Suite. Hotel has 24 hour front desk,
Neighborhood OK but after 10 PM not great. Across street is intersection road with a lot of different ethnic food. Another nearby street that intersects street of the hotel has a lot of upper scale stores. There is a LOT of bus and auto traffic during morning and night rush hours.

I loved the lady chef
For a major city to have the bar closed as they said out of season -surely there is no season in city hotels the city was very busy with Christmas tourists
Also very disappointed the pool was not open as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel
